disgusting company

disgusting company, don't bother, paid them £1200 and promised payment collection within 4 weeks, its been 12 month and they have done nothing but lie. I have never received any paperwork from them either. when I contact them I'm just told they are dealing with it but I live a long way from them? now they won't answer my calls, 24,09,2022 they have written to me and asked for my customer reference number as they have seen this review and are trying to say I wasn't a customer, unbelievable,
