This is so weird

This is so weird. I am waiting to get my wedding dress into the UK I bought from a seller in California via Ebay. They have posted it via DHL Global. CCLHR sent me a customs bill I was happy to pay online, but HSBC blocked the payment thinking it was a fraudulent company. I checked and they are HMRC approved. I have repeatedly tried to make the payment - the links don't work. I have emailed and have phoned them several times they never answer and never respond. I just want my dress!
Terrible company? I have emailed the seller to give me the global tracking number so I can verify the post, and the tax. Maybe then I will get to the bottom of it but they are so strange! I only have 11 days left to resolve this it's laughable.

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!!!

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!!!
What they are doing is illegal.
I've been sent a letter by them asking me to pay a seriously over-priced import tax as well as an admin fee for their service. Except that the courier just checked the records and said that there was no import tax, and the package would still be in customs and they'd have contacted me directly if there was. Also, their website is full of dead links and awful grammar errors i.e. copied and pasted then edited by someone with poor English language skills.
Worryingly the company Confirmation Statement is overdue for Companies House.
SCAMMERS!!!

This company is a SCAMMM

They emailed me to say I owed customs for a parcel I had imported. I'd ordered from here before and didn't have any customs, so I emailed them, and the response I got was weird - 1st tip-off. So then I called HM Customs, the initial courier and then the second, and all three said that there was no customs to be paid. I'm glad I did all this and trusted my gut. Before you pay these scammers, make some calls.

shocking customer service

I have called them 3 times & emailed them 4 times as I believe they worked out the tax incorrectly but no answer on their phones or emails. I only have 14 days available to resolve this (more than a week has lapsed) else they will get rid of my USA package. Shocking that they say "call or email" us but no one bothers to get back to a person. Shocking customer service:-(
