The same as all below, I heard all the same rubbish ie courier fault, etc etc. Yes they take your money then no delivery, no emails answered, well I did eventually get one reply, phones never answered. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Just a load of con artists.

They had my money for over 5 weeks, promising delivery and blaming DX couriers, I now have it in writing that they didn't have the stock to sell in the first place.

This company hasn't delivered oil that I ordered from them through Ebay. They have ignored my messages trying to find out what's happening. Ebay are also awful at resolving this issue. I just want a refund.

I have purchased from this company twice and should have learned my lesson after my first order. On that occasion the order was wrong - it was missing an item and included an item I didn't order. They would not rectify the issue unless I paid for it to be returned even though they accepted they'd sent the wrong order.
On the second occasion, I purchased some motor oil via their eBay stored based on the information in the item listing. I soon discovered the information was completely incorrect and attempted to resolve this but they simply do not answer the telephone. I initiated a return, which they ignored, and now eBay has had to intervene to resolve the issue.
They clearly sell high enough quantities not to care when something goes wrong as they can afford to lose customers and write off the losses.
Late delivery, they sent an email to say they had issues with their courier? I have asked who there courier is and they have not responded. As its missed their promised delivery time I have had to go buy my Adblue else where, my car is not waiting till they can sort it.
Update: well after chasing then up and asking for delivery details, they just said the delivery company has lost my goods, and have promptly issued a refund.
Ordered 5lts engine oil and 10lts of -18c windcreen wash. Waited eons for it to arrive. Message from CCParts was that it was out of stock and not dispatched. So continued to wait but no joy. They say that because it was in excess of 3 months they have no obligation to refund. The order info stated it was never dispatched from them. Absolute chancers, useless- don't use them. Ironically I had the same order in in winter 2022, took ages but at least it arrived. Catch a grip CCParts, you never dispatched the items either send the order or refund the £34.00.
My items was were shown as dispatched with a tracking number given for Evri. The tracking shows that Evri are still waiting to get the parcel 6 days later. I have repeatedly messaged with no replies. I phoned on Friday 14 july 23 and I was told the parcel had been sent and Evri would be contacted. I spoke to CCparts on Monday 17 and I was told that this problem should be resolved by lunchtime. This did not happen, so I phoned again the same day. I was told you would send me a message later in the afternoon. No message was sent. I have asked repeatedly for CCParts to help me, but no help at all has been offered to me. CCParts are going to let this run on for nine or ten days before a resolution will be found. I have seen reviews of CCParts which show 18% of buyers unhappy with their orders.
Purchased a few 5L oils online last week, very happy with them came when expected and exactly as ordered on the website. I asked their chatbot to double check my car reg and they helped quickly
