I have known Mark and the team for many years now, having been placed by them twice and recruiting numerous for teams over the last 6 years.

What I like about CCP is their enthusiasm to get to know who they are working with, that’s both the business that’s recruiting or the candidates. The effort here is telling as great candidates are presented with CV matching roles in business that work for them culturally.

It’s rare you get this level of detailed interest and insight from a recruiter and I think CCP has this in abundance. They work nationally from big corporate to smaller startups and everything in-between meaning a good variety of roles are always available for discussion.

Passionate but never pushy, reliable, compassionate and overall an authentic, friendly group to work with on recruitment projects and exceptional to be represented by when entering/ in a process.

Excellent consultative and reliable service from the folks at CCP as always, we do most of our recruitment in house, but when we really get stuck we can always rely on CCP to provide excellent candidates quickly!

CCP placed me in a role in 2019. It was the first time I had worked with them, and the candidate experience was strong. Clear communication throughout the process, and honest conversations about the 'fit' with other roles.
Since 2022, I have used CCP to help fill temporary and permanent roles. I have been very impressed with the service as a Recruiter.
They are attentive and work as a true partner as opposed to merely a supplier. They have always supplied quality candidates.

Transparent and Honest Expérience

My experience with CCP only lasted a few weeks and despite being unsuccessful with my application process for a job I wanted, I have to say that Tim was great all throughout.

He was fully helpful and transparent about, and during, the whole process. Really great energy and explained all the stages of the application process thoroughly to give us all the best opportunity.

I’m currently in my own personal application processes with other companies directly; but should this not work out , I will definitely be giving Tim a shout.

I’ve worked with CCP on two occasions, once as a job seeker, and then later, in role, when my Customer Service team needed to find advisors within short notice.
