My experience with Khurram and their installer Ricky has been awful. Once they took my full payment, they ignored my emails and messages for months. I have had to keep chasing them and still the work I paid for remains incomplete.

To this day, I am left with an incomplete CCTV system, no receipt for my payment, and no resolution. I am now left with no choice but to take the matter to the Small Claims Court.

Their website claims “fast response” and “aftercare,” but that is simply not true. They do not take accountability or responsibility for their failings, instead they ignore and deflect.

Their behaviour and mistreatment towards me is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I do not deserve to be treated this way. They are refusing to compensate or refund me for unfinished service.

Reading the other negative reviews, I can see it follows the same pattern others have reported: poor communication, ignored customers, unfinished work, and no accountability.

This is not a professional or trustworthy company. They take your money but do not deliver. Believe the negative reviews and avoid at all cost.

Disappointing Experience with Focus CCTV – Poor Service and Unprofessional Conduct
I regret engaging Focus CCTV for an installation involving previously owned equipment. From the outset, there were evident issues with both the setup and the level of service provided.

My husband followed up to seek clarity and resolution, but when the installer returned, he was discourteous and condescending toward us and our neighbour. This behaviour was deeply unprofessional and did not reflect any genuine interest in resolving the concerns raised.

Despite our efforts to communicate and reach a solution, the response from the company focused more on securing additional payment than delivering quality service or customer care. No formal receipt was provided, and we were left feeling disregarded and misled.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend Focus CCTV to others. There appears to be a lack of transparency, accountability, and genuine customer support, which are fundamental to any reputable service provider.

I find the positive reviews of this company difficult to reconcile with my own experience, which has been consistently substandard. The initial installation was poorly executed, with the camera placed far too low. Despite this, I gave the company a second chance, purchasing a new device and requesting another installation. Within just 18 months, the cameras malfunctioned—and instead of offering a solution, they insisted I pay for repairs. I declined.
Regrettably, I also referred this company to my neighbour, a decision I immediately came to regret. The installers turned up two days late and still arrived past the scheduled time. They provided no professional guidance, left the property in unacceptable condition, and proceeded to take payment despite the poor workmanship.
I have lodged multiple complaints, not only on principle but because I feel a sense of responsibility for the referral. To date, the company has failed to acknowledge or rectify the matter. We are now preparing to pursue legal action to recover the costs and address the unacceptable treatment we've received.

Excellent Price, Excellent Quality, Excellent Service and Communication. Really pleased with the work carried out to fit CCTV system at my residential property, great service provided and everything explained in a way a baby would understand. We are very pleased with the survey for and subsequent installation of our new alarm. CCTV Focus are very professional in all of their dealings. The alarm is very effective and importantly easy to use. Our installer Haamid was polite and helpful. Haamid explained everything in good detail, talked us through the system and helped us to set up the app on our phones. The price quoted was a fair and honest one. We would have no hesitation in recommending this quality company.
