It was a pleasant surprise to find CCW Clothing in Callander today. A nicely welcoming store with friendly and helpful assistants ready to help without being pushy and a good selection of quality clothing lines in stock.
I had only gone in for a browse but my eye was drawn to a gorgeous pair of Le Chameau ladies boots. Having tried them on and felt the comfort and quality they instantly became a must have! Kate was really helpful and a delight to chat with.
A very nice clothing store for country wear and fantastically dog friendly too.
Looking forward to wearing my new boots and will check out this store online in the future as sadly I don’t live nearby… though after my unexpectedly expensive “browsing” today, perhaps that’s a good thing.
Definitely worth a look at this store. Lovely helpful staff who are genuinely committed to giving a great service.

What a lovely shopping experience. Passing through Callander twice over the past few days and came across CCW. A relaxed and spacious shop with an excellent selection of quality outdoor clothing. Great for casual fashion wear. I require a 16 to 18 and was pleased that these sizes were stocked in the ranges I was interested in. There is currently a very good sale selection on known brands. Added to this is the friendly reception from the moment you cross the threshold. A couple of days ago I had my dog with me and asked if the shop was dog friendly, she was made very welcome. There are a good number of assistants and they were on hand to offer help. I started picking up a few things to try and immediately the items were taken from me and a dressing room set up for when I was ready to try items on. When I made my purchases I was served by Roseann who was friendly and helpful as were all who assisted in various areas of the shops. Highly recommend a visit if you are in the area.

Ordered a rare pair of boots from CCW who had them for a very reasonable price. Shipping was very fast, no issues with anything. And a lovely personalised thank you card.

First class service from there internet sales lady,,post office let them down but the lady didn't let me down,will be back for my Barbour clothing

Happy days! I was a bit nervous because I’d seen a negative review, but went ahead and ordered anyway. I’m really glad I did. My order arrived quickly and well packaged. Only problem I ran in to was that the free delivery over £100 option didn’t seem to come up at checkout, which I’m sure they could’ve resolved if I had contacted them, but I placed my order at night and just wanted to get on and order it. I’d definitely order from here again!

I ordered something from their website, but the item never arrived, and the company did not contact me with any updates. Sometime later they issue a refund that was less than the original purchase. Their customer service is disinterested and does not consider this their problem, but claims it is due to exchange rates. I've never had such a terrible experience before, really bad communications and they took my money without sending the product.
