its a scam dont buy on this shit website its bad the support is dumb asf.

Avoid at all costs, you think your buying a code for the correct region then they sell you one for the incorrect region. You ask for a new code or refund then they question you about the code you already have, then they take longer and longer to answer your emails, have asked for a refund through Pay Pal. use Eneba instead better reviews.

I recently pre-ordered Planet Coaster 2 from CDKeys, only to have the order unexpectedly canceled. While the customer service representative, Micah, was friendly and understanding, I was disappointed to learn that the cancellation was due to the publisher no longer providing third-party stock for the game.

While I appreciate the prompt refund and courteous support, it's frustrating to think I might miss out on the game simply because CDKeys couldn't secure the keys. If the availability of a game is uncertain, it would be helpful if CDKeys could notify customers beforehand to set better expectations.

Overall, I’m left feeling let down by the experience and unsure if I’d trust a pre-order with CDKeys in the future.
