On August 3, I ordered a product from CDON, and on August 6, I received an email stating that the product had been shipped. However, I am unable to track my package in any way, and the estimated delivery date has already passed. It is also impossible to reach their customer service ( I registered 2 different case - and no answer). Later, I wanted to check if there were any complaints about them (unfortunately, I didn’t check before making the purchase), and I saw that there are many people experiencing the same problem as I am. You place an order based on the estimated delivery date, but you can never track the delivery process because, I believe, a non-functioning link is provided. Then, when you read the comments here, you see that people have received different products than the ones listed, or, like me, they couldn’t track their delivery at all. Naturally, this makes you wonder whether the product you purchased will arrive at all, and if it does, whether it will actually be the product they claimed on the link. My advice: before buying anything from that website, make sure to read the comments here first.
Update:
The delivery tracking link they provided was for Airmee, but the product was shipped via GLS. Therefore, I was unable to track it. After the email I sent, they shared the correct link, and I was able to pick up the product (it was not indicated during the purchase that I would need to collect it from a delivery center - this is an another negative point)- But at the end of the day i could receive my packge and it is the one i bought - so all good.

I ordered 25th of July.
29th of July they charge my card - in which case the have to have it handed over to carrier.
But the carrier can't recognize the T&T.
I contact customer service and they just say that it should be on the way to be delivered August 1st even though they have no reason to believe/know that.
I follow up July 30th. First I get a nonsense answer, which I reply to: "Johan" wrote that if I did not have tracking AFTER the expected delivery date to contact them.
That is nonsense, because they are not allowed to charge my card if the parcel hasn't been handed over.
No reply on that.
I follow up August 1st (latest expected delivery date). No reply.
Today (August 3rd) - no delivery and PostNord doesn't recognize the T&T. They don't have the parcel. The parcel is not in its way (of course).
This is simply fraud in the eyes of the law.
Reply to CDON 08.08.2025: You still haven't made any follow-up at all. As stated in my new mail, the tracking and documentation for shipment shouldn't take more than a 1 minute to provide, while they are legally obligated to have that when CDON charged my card.
CDON is knowingly facilitating fraud through "Shumee" based on the documentation hereof I have.

I ordered a projector HY300. It was basically a scam. The description and pictures said it had Netlix, Prime and other apps, but it turned out to be a falsification from another brand and it didn't have any of the apps promised. I never managed to connect it not even with bluetooth. I contacted the seller in order to return the item, but it turns out I need to send it to Germany, and pay for the return expenses myself, which would be around 50% of the price of the projector. Not worth it, don’t buy it. I’m very disappointed and will never buy in CDON again.

I ordered three door stoppers from CDON (via Pertemba) with a promised delivery window of June 12–16. The payment was taken immediately, but the product never arrived on time. Over the course of this issue, I contacted customer support at least 12 times via email between June 18 and June 30, trying to get clear information or resolution.
Instead, I received nothing but vague, templated replies, repeated tracking links, and robotic responses like “please wait 48 hours”—even when the 48-hour period had long passed. Despite tracking showing the package was stalled for over a week, customer support refused to provide a revised delivery date, escalate the case, or allow a cancellation.
When I formally requested a cancellation and refund due to breach of the 30-day delivery deadline, they still refused, citing internal “procedures.” It was only after my final legal warning that the product was coincidentally delivered—30 days after placing the order. No apology, no real support, just a last-minute save that doesn’t excuse how poorly this was handled.
This was a frustrating and unnecessarily difficult experience, handled with a total lack of urgency or customer care. I strongly discourage others from ordering through CDON. If something goes wrong, you’ll be left completely on your own.

Told me they sent the product after I checked in about the delay. Some 2 weeks later, I still don’t have the order they say they sent, the tracking link is not updating and they don’t answer the support emails…I’m stuck in the air without knowing what will happen next with my order or my money.

I ordered a product through CDON’s marketplace ("POP MART Labubu The Monsters Big Into Energy Series Figures") with the promise that it would ship between July 4–10. It’s now July 12, and I’ve received nothing.
I chose this seller because the delivery window matched an important birthday. Unfortunately, not only is the item delayed, but the seller has given unclear excuses about "holidays" (even though there were none), and there are dozens of public reviews warning that this seller’s products are fake. Unfortunately I found these reviews only after making the purchase. The same vendor is selling phone cases with Louis Vuitton logos with no authorization to do so and CDON did not react reporting that to the customer service.
While CDON acts as a marketplace, according to EU Digital Services Act (DSA) and broader EU consumer protection legislation, they still have a responsibility to monitor and remove sellers who repeatedly mislead customers or sell counterfeit goods. At this point, I’ve contacted CDON directly and requested either delivery by a final deadline or a full refund.
This experience has really shaken my trust in CDON as a platform. I expected stronger consumer protection and accountability, especially when hosting third-party sellers.

They sent auto email to leave a feedback. I wrote that they sold fake products and CDON did nothing regards. And they wrote me saying to contact seller directly. So, as a host website, they do nothing even their vendors selling counterfeit or fake goods cia their website.
I would not recommend! Not only the fake product being sold but also due to unclear and NOT transparent process of this case being handles by their seller and CDON.

I bought perfumes in their website cdon.dk and then got the confirmation that they have received my order. Now when i got the notification that my order is ready for pick up, it says from a company Teknikproffset, a company in Sweden. Now since I need to return the items because it came so late, the cheapest way to send it back is through postnord and i will cost me 219 kroner! It is so unacceptable how cdon and this company teknikproffset can trick people! Dont ever buy from these companies!

I ordered a 180x200 cm bed from CDON, and received a 140x200 cm bed instead. Despite contacting customer support multiple times and providing photo evidence, I’ve had zero response—even though they claim to reply within 1–3 business days.
It’s been weeks with no solution, no refund, and no way to reach a real person. The return process is confusing and there is no contact number. This is one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had online.
At this point, I just want the wrong item picked up and either the correct bed delivered or my money refunded immediately.
Avoid CDON unless you want to be ignored when something goes wrong

Ok, so I ordered a pair of AirPods 2nd gen pro from CDON, after having a very frustrating experience with another competing webshop. Pricerunner gave CDON 4 stars, so I went with them. Usually I double check the trust pilot ratings before just in case, but I didn't do so this time.
When my AirPods didn't arrive on the day promised, I checked the status on their portal. It appeared that the order, although paid for, showed no progress was made. It was then that I thought I should probably check TrustPilot. What Idiscovered gave me pause, as there were quite a few 1 star experiences. CDON doesn't allow to simply cancel the order as is their company policy.
Frustrated, I called the distribution Company for CDON (Telefonshoppen) and spoke with a representative there, who took control and I happily received my AirPods yesterday.
The reason I changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars -- even though my lived experience as a customer feels more like 3 -- is because I realize that TrustPilot ratings can affect a company's bottom line, especially a company who tries to offer the lowest prices. The 1 star rating I originally gave was quite low considering that I did actually receive it, albeit 5 days later, but in fairness to CDON, this transaction took place during Grundlovsdag. That considered, I felt that I would add a star to compensate.
However, CDON could use improvement on their customer service end. Such as:
1. an instant chat that works.
2. live telephone service expanded to 5 days instead of two, and with an actual person, instead of a repeating outgoing message. :-)
I bought a 3 in 1 pool table and when I unloaded one table broke the driver who was sent, I sent it back and to this day I haven't received another one after 5 months, I filed a complaint with cdon and PayPal but nothing was sent from one to the other, now I have also filed a complaint with the European Council, I have bought many things from cdon but I will never buy from them again
Please don’t order anything from this site everything is fake.
They take your money and item is out of stock and they promise to return your money in 2-5 days but never returned and on top no contact number to speak with them.

Jeg har klaget samme dag jeg har modtaget dem og bed dem om afhentning eller at de sender mig retur label men der sker intet kun at de afvisere min klage og vil ha flere billeder.
For mig ser det ud til at der ingen retur rat er jeg vil bare gerne have min penge retur meget dårlig oplevelse. 🤔😖

When I put in the order for a cable, it said delivery 3-5 business days. 10 days later, I check on the order as it still hasn’t arrived. I realize that the delivery time is actually 3 months. So I try to cancel it, but cdon won’t do that, due to the way their business is set up. The order was actually coming from another company. Super shady and lying on the delivery times. No way of properly contacting them, and they won’t take any responsibility for purchases made through their site. They present themselves as a company, an online store, where in reality they are just a marketplace like DBA or Etsy. Do not buy from them.
Edit based on cdon’s reply. I have had the issue resolved directly with e-ville, as they were very helpful and easy to contact. I went around your page for the better parts of 20 minutes and found no way of contacting you directly.
