Fondata nel 2013, CDS è un network di poliambulatori specialistici, diagnostici, odontoiatrici e fisiokinesiterapici nato con l’obiettivo di contribuire alla tutela del diritto alla salute e garantire ai cittadini un servizio sanitario di alta qualità e prenotazioni in tempi brevi.

La società conta 37 strutture tra Liguria, Piemonte e Sardegna, impiega oltre 400 dipendenti e 450 medici ed eroga ogni anno quasi un milione di prestazioni sanitarie. Dal 2020 CDS è controllata da Italmobiliare, holding della famiglia Pesenti quotata nel segmento STAR di Borsa Italiana, che ha dato grande impulso al piano di sviluppo della società.
