This is your warning, do not purchase anything from this website. This has to be a joke. What they sent me is not even confirmed a wig, I am in the process of reporting and posting all over social media to not fall for the photos and be very disappointed. Here is my advice for you.Do not buy any products from this company, and there customer service will not respond.

I recently purchased 2 wigs from cecilim website and I was disappointed in what I received the wigs were made cheaply falling apart when I took them out of the package they were nothing like the pictured on the website
I say to other please stay away from ordering any wigs from this website since you will be very disappointed in what you recrive

I purchased the advertised wool coat for winter, and it took nearly 70 + days to show up. The coat was see through and the fabric was 100% polyester, not wool. The length on the extra large was above my belly button and when I tried to stretch it down, the stitching came apart at the shoulders. Trash merchandise from this company.. You buy again round eye, hahaha, its a scam for sure. 30 day money back guarantee with a 70 day arrival after purchase is a gimmick. Do not buy anything form them, you have been warned. Optimistically, I would like to think my money went to help feed hunger in this country, but in reality it was snubbed into a pit boss that drives child labor camps... This is probably where the weak stitches derived from. I am 6'3" and 168 lbs. and this coat was nowhere close to providing the half way to the knee coverage as advertised. Please do not send them your money. Do not support the dark corners of our humanity, thinking you are going to save some $$. The people running this company do not deserve oxygen.

I ordered items from ceceliam.com and never got them.I even email them to ask what service they use to deliver and they never emailed me back.they emailed me to tell me the package was delivered but wouldn't say which company delivers they packages.I wouldn't advise no one to order from them.they have poor personal service.I never got the package and never got a response for a refund

Don't order from this company in China! I ordered the Genie TLC bras but what they shipped were not that. They sent a cheap stretch pull-on bra. It took weeks to arrive, and was the wrong product. The only way to get a refund is to pay shipping back to China.

Do not use this site very bad service.Parcel was lost in transit. Would not help or correspond with courier company when they were asked to send through a Claim form. Kept telling me to wait.$40 down.

I am beyond dissatisfied with the “plastic- like” fabric. The suit does not even change color!

This place is a complete scam and sham don't give them a second look. DO NOT input your cc information as they are using it fraudulently and reselling it. SCUM.

On 3/9/22 I purchased a set of 3 bras from the website. The website indicated return/refund was possible (should they not fit, meet expectations, etc.) When I finally received the order 3/27/22 the product was very cheaply made, did not fit according to their sizing chart, and offered zero support which is the whole point of the particular style. I emailed support @ceceliam.com for directions as to return/refund. I was told to send them to an address in China. I went to UPS and gave the address and was told it would cost hundreds of dollars to mail the small, light package to China. I returned the package to the RETURN ADDRESS in NEW YORK which was on the package sent to me and as required by support@ ceceliam.com I sent an email with the tracking number and a photo of the UPS receipt. Received no reply. Followed up in a week. Received email from same character saying the company was in China (despite the NY address from which the product had been mailed to me) and I would receive NO refund. Went to website to write a Review. Was unable to post a Review as the company obv only posts internal, fake reviews. Making it impossible to issue a complaint and warn other shoppers of the deceptive product and business practices.

Ordered from this company on February 4th. Item was advertised as a great Valentines Day Gift. As of today February 12 item has not shipped.
This company does not appear to be a legitimate business. I will work with my bank to get a refund. Would not purchase from them again.

The boxer pants I ordered for my daughter, she always sleeps in boxers.The price is good, the quality is good, the seams are neat and even, the thread does not stick out anywhere, the material is soft, but the fabric is a little thin. The shipping is a bit slow, it does take some time to receive in the US, but that's the exception.
