They cancelled my order after 10 days of purchase and increased the price of it from 230 to 350 euro.
And they claimed that I requested the cancelation

Order blocked
I placed order 224050785120771 on Wednesday morning.
Since then, the order has remained in “Stock verification”.
I emailed customer service the same day and managed to reach them by phone on Thursday. They told me an internal complaint had been opened and that I would receive an update.
Several days later, I still have no news. I have tried calling several times but cannot reach anyone.
I simply want clear information:
* Is the product in stock?
* When will it be shipped?
* If it is unavailable, please process a refund.
The lack of communication is extremely disappointing.
