"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

"I'm only posting one review.".
"Stop saying that you don't know all these people you scammed."
I have published our contract and transaction PICTURES on Yelp, so everyone can see it., it is not letting me upload evidence pictures here.

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
CAUTION: DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT ANY ADVANCE PAYMENT TO AARON HOOVER CEED CIVIL ENGINEERING, LLC BEFORE RECEIVING THE WORK

NOW THAT THIS IS HAPPENING, I GOOGLED REVIEWS FOR CEED CIVIL ENGINEERING, LLC AND SEE THAT THEY HAVE DONE THE SAME THING TO OTHERS AS WELL. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH AND AVOID MAKING THE SAME MISTAKE

Before the company started the work they forced me to sign a one-sided contract.
That they did not fulfill the contract.

I paid 5,700.00 to Aaron Hoover CEED CIVIL ENGINEERING, LLC, for some plan corrections. He promised to finish the corrections in 3 to 4 weeks. Knowing the scope of the work, he revised the work for a week before accepting the job.
After receiving payment, he delivered only a portion of the work after 6 months. Every couple of weeks, he would tell me that he was almost done, just 2 more weeks, "And this continued for 6 months without delivering the complete work. "Besides that, he closed the contract."

Because of AARON HOOVER CEED CIVIL ENGINEERING, LLC, we will not be able to finish on time and will be stripped of the city's planning permit. This is a huge loss for my family.

"He made me lose over half a year and over $50,000. Even if I receive my money back, I will take legal action against AARON HOOVER CEED CIVIL ENGINEERING, LLC to recover over $50000 in compensation for the damages they caused me.

Upwork or my credit card company will reimburse me the $5700 because the work was not delivered according to the contract.

I know there are so many great freelancers on Upwork.com who could have completed the job in 3 to 4 weeks. It's sad that Aaron Hoover took this opportunity from another freelancer and created such damage to my family.

Please think twice before hiring CEED CIVIL ENGINEERING, LLC my experience was horrible."

Alexander, it looks like you wrote two reviews moments apart. I’m so sorry to hear about your issues with something. Unfortunately we are a search engine company and you do not appear to be a client of ours ever. Thank you for removing your review for another company.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. All they can do is scaming their clients. NEVER PAY THEM IN ADVANCE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DELIVER THE CORRECT WORK.

I had an extraordinarily bad experience…

I had an extraordinarily bad experience hiring Ryan Hoover of Ceed Civil. The work quality was very poor, the timeline was slow and when I asked Ryan about this, he billed me for it. Then when I complained about the extra billing, he billed for that too! Finally, when I asked for better quality work, he terminated the contract. Now I am out $6,300 and have to start over with another civil engineer.

I would not recommend at all

I would not recommend at all. Poor communication. Went from very available to suddenly very busy and forgetful. This engineering firm was paid upfront and then did not provide the original service requested. Asked for a refund so they hurried up and slapped something together so they could say they sent me something. Kept the $2000. I have a useless drawing. Wasted 5 weeks of time. For things to be "too confusing" for aaron to understand. Literally stole 2,000 dollars. Should have never paid him up front.
