Only wholesalers I use unless it’s an emergency, great team inside of Steven, Andy, Lee and OJ always on hand to help out and get you on your way as quick as possible, couldn’t recommend them enough!

As a non technical Office/Accounts manager and being in charge of the purchase orders I could not have been happier with the excellent servcice and great technical and non techincal support I received. Andy Pye went beyond and above to check our order and make sure the components would fit or suggested appropriate changes. In a way he became an extended member of our team which we highly appreaciate. He accommodated our special delivery request and last minute changes to the orders and we received everything complete and ontime. Other team members like Steven Pinto stepped in and up to the challenge for a last minute order which confirmed what a great team they are. Thank you so much!

Items failed to be delivered on the specified day from the Balham branch. I had to ring them to find this out. Avoid.

I recently visited the electrician store in Balham and I was extremely impressed with their great stock and customer service. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, and they took the time to listen to my needs and recommend the best products for my project. The store had a wide range of high-quality products to choose from, and I found everything I needed in one place. I appreciated the attention to detail and the friendly atmosphere in the store, which made my shopping experience very enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this electrician store to anyone in the area looking for reliable and professional service.

Great service delivered by the guys working on that bench.

Can’t fault the ordering process that was great. However no call from store to say it was ready for collection, went into the store and was ignored for 10 minutes eventually for someone’s attention the Balham CEF is pretty shocking. No idea what customer service is all about. The last mile crucial and everyone on that depot should be sacked. Really tarnishing what would have been a good service.

Ordered bathroom fan at 7pm and it arrived next day. Much cheaper than other suppliers too.

Used CEF for years and have always found them to be very good on price and quick to respond to an enquiry, which is especially useful when needing to price jobs in a hurry.

A special mention needs to go Andy and Antony at the Balham branch - both very knowledgeable.

Online service is great too, with next day delivery in most instances.
