Cannot praise this firm enough
Cannot praise this firm enough. Needed alarm battery at short notice and although they processed the order for an item that was not actually in stock, they were very quick to contact me to point out the error and apologise. They quickly sorted me out an appropriate alternative product and put themselves out to reassure me on the suitability of the replacement product as I knew nothing about the make. They also were quick to point out it was their error and even replaced my item free of charge. Have not used this firm before and will certainly will not hesitate to use them again. Helpful, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff, an absolute pleasure to deal with. Its nice to come across a firm who are quick to spot, admit their mistakes and put right before a customer has the need to complain. People are all too quick to criticise bad service and slow to compliment good. This firm deserves nothing but compliments based on my experience with them. CEF, keep up the good work.
