The product I ordered did not meet my requirements.
Fortunately there was a local depot near where I live so I went there to see if they had an alternative product. The assistant was great (Ryan I think) and he to make tried very hard to find me the right product, even ringing up the manufacturer to make enquiries.

Branch staff in Corby and Huddersfield have been very helpful but your on line service has been nothing but a let down the last couple of times I’ve used it having parts missing or damaged I won’t be using the on line service again if they haven’t got what I need at the branch I’ll get it from another supplier.
