Helpful staff driver

Managed to get what I’ve been searching high and low for. It was slightly scratched when it arrived but the team responded to my message really quickly with an apology and a couple of solutions for how to proceed. They managed to send a replacement I could switch mine with a couple of days later at their store which was really helpful for me. Also, the guys at the warehouse/store were very helpful, friendly (and a lot of fun!) Thank you team CEF & Edinburgh lads!

Very helpful sourcing a back box, even called the supplier, and no quibble changing isolator switch that I ordered wrong. All round could not have been more helpful. Great service!

Excellent service
Ordered online and surprised the items where being delivered to site but not a major issue. Arrived at site to collect yet the delivery was delayed due to traffic, so they completed my order with their own stock rather than making me wait, that is using common sense and quality of customer service.
