Exemplary …
My online order arrived at my local store on time and I was able to track it to confirm arrival. I walked in to collect it and was greeted by a wonderful smell of fresh coffee, and upon commenting to the man behind the counter I was told that it was free and was invited to have a cup. The staff were friendly and super helpful. As the item is a Christmas gift, the young man removed it from the box for me to check (at his suggestion). I found a few tiny scuffs and scratches which, as it was a toolbox, wouldn't normally have been an issue. However as a gift I felt it should be perfect so, after checking with his manager, he swapped it with their display item which was undamaged. The young man carried it out to my car and put it in the boot for me. My one slight niggle was that there is virtually no carpark at the Grimsby store so I had to park across the road and down the street. The man didn't complain at all though, despite the item being large, heavy and awkward to carry.
I would definitely recommend CES to others. The price was lower than other sellers and the service was exemplary.
