Told him what we needed .
He give us very good advice. Unfortunately they had none in stock , so he went on the computer checked other depots . Told us to go online the quantity to order even wrote the reference number down . We ordered online and received 2days later . Excellent service.

Great ordering pity delivery expensive.
Great online ordering, delivery/pickup next working day is useful. As out of stock (cooker socket) had to pay expensive delivery to home( store same price). Surely this item is popular and should be in store for collection to save the hefty fee, would have been happy to collect if cheaper! Only reason that would make me shop around next order. Helpful, friendly staff in store!
