I am very disappointed by the treatment I have received by celeb style outfits. I am 78yrs old and not too adept at this kind of shopping.I see these other reviews that are positive and I wish mine could be.I dont complain about the order/delivery time.everything was good until I wished to return. When I ordered my motorcycle jacket I Looked at the sizing chart, my size is just little bit bigger than large so I usually order a jacket in 1x but I decided to order a2x to be sure.It got here in Texas on Christmas Eve, I Tried it on immediately and it was too tight across the shoulders even with a t shirt on, it was just too expensive to keep when it didn't fit comfortably.I had read terms and conditions and saw the narrow return/reply window of 24hrs so I immediately made my contact /return application even though I believed I would not get a response on Christmas Eve.The sale was made to England but I could see it was shipped from Pakistan thats OK, I saw the jacket was marked 2x but maybe there is sizing discrepancy.After the holiday and I made contact knowing I Would be required to pay shipping for return, they wanted me to take a picture and send it to them.It seems to me that the customer is the one who decides whether or not a garment fits comfortably or not.I dont have international phone service and not too good at picture taking,I tape measured it at 20 inches even with the collar closed from shoulder seam to shoulder seam and 26 inches from shoulder seam to cuff end.that didn't seem to satisfy them and I Have begun to feel like a chump. instead of having a customer service who wants to help the customer resolve a simple return they are looking for a way to keep your money and have you keep a garment you cannot wear.I have never been treated this way.Ive only known people who cant wait to get things customer right so you will tell others.So here I am with it all neatly repackaged and ready to ship and they could care less and will leave me to eat it.

I love my leather jacket and I will buy again it is if it’s perfect and it looks exactly what I wanted and I do plan on buying again from you and I’m gonna let other people know about us too, and, I will be sending some pictures of how I want to live the jacket to look like but you are the best best company and like I said, I like my leather jacket and my whole family does too and thanks a lot again bye for now

The jacket I received is beyond expectations! Really good quality, and they deliver it very professionally in a special clothing bag. I received it even a week sooner than expected. I ordered the MGK leather jacket, and I wish I could upload pictures on Trustpilot. I really recommend buying something from Celeb Style Outfits!
