Hi Karen,
We are sorry to see you have had problems. We are open each day as normal, the lines are manned 09.30 to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and emails are checked all day.
Your parcel was held in a huge Royal mail back log at Southampton depot which is still being cleared. We have fulfilled orders every working day during lock down and are working with a skeleton staff as are many companies. Tracking is provided for every order.
Although we appreciate a misplaced order is frustrating and inconvenient for you it's unfortunate you decided to leave us a 2 star review for this particular order when all of the previous ones have been delivered OK.
We appreciate the custom but feel this review is an unfair reflection of our service in the current climate,

Thank s for your feedback Ben, We are always on hand to answer questions regarding styles and are sorry you felt the need to rate our service as a 3 due to your not being able to style a wig we would have happily advised you on the suitability of styling into an up/down style. All wigs are made with differing weft placements dependent on style. The texture of that particular wig is described as a Yaki or crimped effect and we try to avoid excess lace as it is only discarded as waste once cut.
Tori is a layered hairstyle which we hope you can enjoy in its production style.
