Ordered weeks ago. Looks like it traveled 5 miles from origin and it's May 30th bicycle postman? It has to be fake. My cat will be to old to play with it when it gets here.

I ordered some items from this website on the 16th of May - never received any tracking information. Reading the reviews, I can tell that they are not legitimate. Took my case to PayPal

Like everyone else is saying, I never received my product. Ordered a product on March 21, shipped on April 2, and since then it's been in shipping purgatory. I've sent four emails, I got a canned response on the first one and no response since. Since I'm not getting responses from them I'm disputing the charge with my Credit Card company.

What I ordered back in April I assumed I would never receive as today is May 29 and I just got a completely different item than what I ordered. I ordered a splash pad for my sister's cats, it was supposed to get interactive with floating fish. What I got was a baby splash pad, that is not at all interactive, nor scratch proof and the thinnest crappie product ever. I wouldn't use even for a baby. I had to laugh when I got it. It took over a month to receive and reading these reviews just a tad too late. Do yourself a favor and order nothing off Facebook. Lesson learned. Its a scammed paradise.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! SCAM!!!! My sister ordered my two cats a mat which had fish inside for them to play with. What she received was a baby mat with fish on it- NOT what she ordered at all! CUSTOMER SERVICE did not get back to her. Product noted as one price and then there were tariff fees added on top of that, so she ended up paying $35 for something we can’t even use. LOOK AT THE REVIEWS before taking a chance on this awful company.

Ordered and received nothing. Contacted them and received automated reply. Try leaving a comment on their FB adverts and they get deleted. What a scam

fraudulent company running on FACEBOOK! DO NOT BUY THEY DO NOT SEND ANY ITEMS OUT AND GIVE AUTO RESPONSES WITHOUT EVEN READING ANY MESSAGES!!!! 12 days since I paid! and nothing has been sent!!!!

Received product it does not work I have not been able to get a refund

Finally received products. Not what I ordered. My hand doesn't even fit into one of them. Not fit for purpose. Cheap and nasty. Will definitely be going to get a refund.
Don't order from this company. You will definitely regret it.

Still waiting for my product. I have emailed (since that’s the ONLY way to get information) MANY times because according to the tracking information, the product has been sitting in NY since 4/21. Continue to receive the same auto replies with the tracking number and reassurances that it’s still coming. I’ve requested my money back and have yet to hear anything. WHAT A SCAMMER!!!

if I could leave less than one star I would. DO NOT USE this company. It took over a month to deliver a toy that is twenty times cheaper on TEMU. The toy broke within days. I have been complaining and asking for a refund for over six weeks. Communication is appalling, they rarely reply and CBA. I'm now handing this over to my credit card company to pursue these bandits.

Scammers with automated responses and never received my product. They should be shut down from any advertisements and doing business. Ordered two toys for my daughter’s cat almost three months ago. Pathetic

Ordered 2 sisal cat chairs. No instructions, have emailed 3 times, no response. I wish I would have read the reviews first!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Order never arrived, no communication from the seller at all, Shopify won't help. Scam.

I received the chair I ordered. There were no instructions on how to assemble it. Lots of parts to put together. I wrote to Celerypets twice and have not heard back from them. Terrible customer service. Do not buy their products. I am going to throw the chair pieces out.

Dreadful cheap and nasty item received in a battered box and broken .. it was supposed to be the cat brush with steam .. complete rip off .. had to send photos of the product when I asked for a refund .. now they have offered me $10 as compensation. .. not much then in ££ .. I said yes coz it was better than nothing .. but yet another email asking if I’m sure I want to accept this ?? Let’s see if it ever arrives in my bank account ..

I never received my order: the flopping lobster. Sent two emails through PayPal- no answer. PayPal has not helped. Ordered in February 2025. Only a 25.00+ total so should have been under the minimum for duty and was a pre-tariff order. PayPal must not want to take the hit🙁

The splashpad for cats, whilst great fun for 24 hours, punctures easily with claws Very disappointing 😞
Waste of money.

I never received my order. I watched the tracking for over a month and it finally said it was delivered but wasn't. I reached out to the company but they never responded. I'm disputing it with the credit card company so we'll see what happens. It looks like from the reviews this is common for them.
