I then contacted Molly at Celeste to say how unhappy I was and she was amazing - we went through measurements etc and she sent me a new bra which is fab - such a lovely comfy bra and great customer service - don’t believe all

Not even worth 1 pathetic star - After almost 6 months of trying to return 1 item - being charged $17+ to do so by this company ( from my refund) when postal cost is only $11 - this is a total wrought - apparently their 3rd party postage label Company CANNOT produce a return postage label WTF!!!!
Now I’ve been told to keep the item - get stuffed - I don’t want it that’s why I want to return it.
Sophie & Laura - why are you both sending & replying to emails at 11.30pm or 9.00pm of night when CLEARLY your Office Hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 4,00pm as per your website.
Are you EVEN in Australia?

My wife decided to purchase from this company specifically because of their “Perfect Fit Guarantee,” as she would not normally buy bras online due to how difficult sizing can be. That guarantee gave her confidence to try.
When the first bra arrived, it was clearly too big. My wife contacted customer service and explicitly asked to try a smaller size. Instead, she was advised to keep the same size and try a different style. She even questioned this recommendation, pointing out that the original already felt too large, but was reassured that the alternative style in the same size would fit better.
Trusting their expertise (which is exactly what their guarantee encourages), my wife followed their advice.
The result? The replacement bra was an even worse fit than the original.
At this point, we expected a reasonable resolution given that she had followed their guidance exactly. Instead, she was told she would need to pay return shipping fees for both items, even though the second was sent based on their recommendation. Alternatively, My wife was offered 50% off another purchase, effectively asking her to spend more money after an already poor experience.
Neither option is fair, and neither takes accountability for the fact that their advice directly led to this outcome.
What’s most frustrating is that the “Perfect Fit Guarantee” seems meaningless in practice. It appears to be more of a marketing tool than a genuine commitment to helping customers find the right fit.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, not just because the products didn’t fit, but because of the lack of ownership and poor customer service when things went wrong.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing, particularly if you are relying on their fitting guidance or guarantees.

These are the best and most comfortable bras I have found and let me tell you, I’ve tried a lot. The fit is great. They wash well. The comfort is amazing. Congratulations on the design. This was the third lot I’ve bought.

I live in the UK and would urge people to avoid this company. After checking reviews and making sure the products weren't cheap rubbish from China, I placed an order. It took over two weeks to arrive - it turns out the products are sent from mainland Europe. Unfortunately, the two bras I purchased were much smaller than anticipated, so I wanted to return them. Important to note: you have to liaise with a customer service rep to arrange a return. After a week of emailing back and forth (really slow service), I was advised that it would cost £12.99 for me to return the bras. £12.99!!! I would recommend that you spend your money elsewhere. This was not a good experience at all.
ADDED IN RESPONSE TO CELESTE: The price of the return is NOT in your returns policy. Check your own website!

This must the first NVBL (no visible bra lines) bra I have ever bought or worn. I am 62 years of age this bra not only provides me with the support and encapsulation I need, but It is also super comfie! Great offer (purchase 2 and get second one 50% off). I ordered two products from this site. They have a product guarantee program, meaning that if you are not completely satisfied with the fit, they will send you another size. You do not need to return the original item. That is top notch customer service if you ask me.

The bra is very soft and cups seems to be right, but I couldn’t find “gel” in the bra for lift.
Also wouldn’t call it a deep plunge.
I was hoping to have the lift they were advertising.

The bras I ordered do not fit. I have requested a HASSLE FREE exchange multiple times over the last week and the amount of hoops I am being made to go through is absurd! I still don't have the replacements and every response is a contradiction. I am extremely unhappy. All I want is to have the bras I purchased exchanged so I can actually wear them!

I initially ordered two bras and they turned out to be a little loose so the kind lady on customer service offered a different style better suited to me, and she was right! They fit perfectly. The service is excellent and the bras are of very good quality, perfect for my shoulders too as the thicker straps don’t leave indents.

I have had the opportunity to wear my Seamless Comfort full coverage jelly bra, it fits well however I just received a replacement bra, for a return on another bra under the perfect fit guarantee and I must say the Wireless Support and lift V-neck mesh bra is my preference now, I am a 36DD and this bra offers more support, I can truly jump up and down in it and not be worried about any spillage from not having underwire.

The company is wonderful and they were very helpful when my first order didn’t fit. I received a smaller size but unfortunately, the bra just doesn’t work for me. It does not provide enough separation even with the smaller size. I truly wish it did because the bra is so soft you don’t even feel like you’re wearing anything.
