No responses, no orders

Disgusted ~ they took my money with my order, two months ago now, and I have not received anything ~ I have sent them four email enquiries, and have messaged them by their social media twice, and have filled in their contact form on their website ~ no replies at all. My order still says "awaiting shipment", when I log into their site with my order number, it has not progressed to "sent" even after two months. Time to dispute/refund/chargeback? So disappointing.
