This company has horrible customer service. I have been trying to get a call back for over a week from a manager about a problem and they keep promising they will call & they don't. They don't value their customers there & lie to them. Disgusting! I've used their teas for years & will not be doing any business with them anymore.
I bought products from this website and asked for my invoice, but they invoiced the products to the shipping address instead of the address I specified in the billing details. When I asked for this to be corrected, they said they could not. Then I asked them to create a new invoice for me and they don't even return my emails anymore. Because of their mistake, I can't bring the products I bought into my country, so all the products are completely garbage.
