Don't buy from Celina the Label
The dress arrived from China. Didn't take too long. But no labels inside - no size and no brand. Who knows where they come from? It didn't fit and it didn't look like the picture. The torso was way too long and the bust was so much smaller than their sizing guide suggested that the zip was never going to close - there was at least a 3 inch gap. The pictures showed a nice dress with the fabric in layers that looked a bit like a flower spreading out from the side waist. In reality the fabric just flopped so it looked like a dress with a heap of crinkly fabric flopping around at the side. Read reviews first and don't expect a refund. I read the reviews too late and just settled for 20% refund and a 50% voucher which I'll never use. As close to a scam as you'll ever get without actually being a scam. Don't go near them.

I want to give it a negative rating. It’s a scam and bad bad customer service
This is a scam. I wanted to believe it wasn’t but it is. Dresses are poor material nothing like they advertised.
It is free international shipping to ship to you but you have to pay $50usd and then 10% of the refund will be taken off of the money needed for a refund? Because of handling fees?? No other company I know does this.
Which means when I’ve paid $129NZD for my dress they’re only willing to give me $31.6 back? Which is an absolute joke considering it’s free shipping to get it delivered. Talk about double standards.
In all their replies to comments they’ve mentioned “get in contact with us.” Don’t do it. All they do is recycle the same phrases that have nothing to do with what you’ve already said.
If I could give this company a negative star rating it would be off the scale.
I am really disappointed in their poor customer service, poor quality and lack of transparency during returns and shipping.

Cheap material, poor customer service
The dress was well designed but completely see through with super cheap material that one would not even wear in their own home. The sleeves came completely detached from the dress. It took a month to arrive, cost $110 and when I realized I would have to pay more to get it lined, I decided to request a refund for which I was charged $50 for a return label even though it was supposedly shipped from a place within Texas to my place within Texas. I would never buy anything from them ever again. Trust the reviews.

1) clothes advertised is (once you get it) such low quality that you wouldn’t pay a cent for it in a physical store, weird sizes (Chinese things) and in general just not the thing that has been promised.
2) once you want to return the stuff and ask for a shipping label, you’ll find out that it’s actually a Chinese shop hidden by the fancy name! What a disaster! They don’t want to give you a shipping label, they ask for DDP all the way back to China and for customers to pay all duties in taxes completely. This is so ridiculous I cannot believe it that this hasn’t been exposed earlier.
3) communication is a mess, they are of course using chat agents who are offering discounts on the next purchase or even 30-40% refund in order not to send the package back!!!

The Collins Ruffle Strapless Maxi Dress is a total scam. The dress is made of cheap, flimsy material — honestly feels like “duck heap” fabric — and looks nothing like the high-quality Nana Jacqueline dress it tries to copy. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t know how to communicate, and if you want a refund, they make you pay $50 for a return shipping label — on a dress that cost me $100. The quality is awful, and to make matters worse, I ordered this on July 9 and it didn’t arrive until almost a month later. Save your money.

This label’s customer service is horrible. First of all they have very bad return policy and not a standard one. Ppl assume in this day and age any label will give full refund if you initiate return right away. I order the dress the size and material quality was not upto the standards. Now only option I see is to pay high retune fee or store credit. When your product are this bad why would some one waste their time energy to buy another failed product.
