Terrible company and products, run like hell

I ordered 2 suede purses on November 11,2025 to this date I have not received the two hand bags. I have repeatedly sent emails and never received any response AT ALL. My attempts at getting what I paid for is a total ripoff. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

This company, in my opinion is a total scam. I ordered a cute looking sweater and what arrived is a total piece of trash. When their so-called QC people look at it, they reply that it is consistent with their picture online. Return policies are inconsistent with "normal" American policies and have you return it to China....HA!
Please stay away, they should not be in business

I ordered a sweater and it looks nothing like the photo on the website. It took FOREVER to get here and it's not really a sweater. It's more like a polyester jacket.

I asked for a refund and sent in pictures and they said it was close enough (it isn't!) The $45 paid is WAY too much for this lousy item. Rather than big wooden buttons, there are small black buttons. I'm even embarrassed to donate this!

I have to pay return shipping but have yet to receive the refund instructions. This is a total scam.

I am writing regarding Oliver & Celine New York and be warned this is a Chinese Scam company. I ordered a sweater and it was children’s Halloween costume material. Literally looked like Woody’s pants from my sons costume when he was four and what I thought I purchased was a beautifully handmade sweater with gorgeous wooden buttons. I received a polyester cheap tip with snaps. Outrageously bad.

I would give them Zero stars if that was an option
Wish I had seen this before I ordered a sweater and now I feel scammed out of $64
The sweater is absolutely HORRIBLE. There are threads coming out of the seams and nobody alive has a body which that sweater would fit correctly.
Now they say if I want to return it I need to ship it back to China at my own expense! Well after I spend a lot of extra money if a piece of crap to send it back to China will I ever even see any money refunded???

I placed an order on November 26 and I never received my package. There is no phone number to inquire. This is a complete SCAM!! The address of 2388 Watson Fain Trail, Loganville, GA 30052 when looked up on google maps is a house, not business. This is the address on my receipt. I may just contact the authorities in that location to do a business check or verification.

I would have rated it in minus stars. This is a huge scam. Their website gives you the idea that it's a high end boutique in Montreal that is closing down. It's really scammers located in China (or somewhere else) who fulfill your order with very bad quality clothing. I tried sending my order back, carefully following their instructions. My package has been stuck in China customs for over a month. So no refund for me. I'm wondering if they gave me a fake address for the return.

They claim my order was delivered to my home when it was not. The signature provided by UPS was not my signature or my name. Instead of sending a replacement order they asked me to go around the neighborhood to see if a neighbor received my package and I have to wait for them to resolve their claim with UPS before I get my refund. Highly suspicious and unbecoming of a luxury brand. You pay $800 for a pair of glasses you expect quality of goods and Service. Stay clear of this vendor..

The pictures had nothing to do with the items received. Aliexpress quality, but way too expensive. Does not worth a penny

I ordered a sweater and a cardigan. The collar on the sweater is all stretched out and frayed and there is a lot of pilling on the sleeves. It is actually hideous! The cardigan is not the one I ordered. Both garments are very poorly constructed and appear to be from a thrift store.

The quality of the good is extremely poor, all polyester. The 30 money back guarantee is false. They do not do returns. Dont be fooled. Dont order from the site

Received my three items yesterday and I was mind blown with how poor the quality is on each item. Not to mention the disgusting smell out of the packing. Sharp chemical smell. Fabric is so incredibly cheap and all items are junk. Garbage worthy and it cost me over $300. No response from customer service yet but nothing is worth keeping. Seems to be a big scam and I got suckered with this one sadly.

As a customer i have the right to get my money back. and they will not give me it! i’m absolutely fuming and disgusted i paid £40 for a dress that looked beautiful online and i bought it for my 21st birthday.
i currently now don’t have a dress and it’s in 2 weeks
This dress took 16 days to come and now have after emailing about my refund. they are prolonging the process. 17 emails back and forth about wanting a refund all they do is apologize and ask if i want any help? well ive asked a million times for a refund!
and they are only offering me 20%
no no no my money is my money. absolutely livid.

Terrible Experience for a Luxury Brand

I purchased Céline sunglasses and they arrived warped, and without the brand’s exclusive packaging, which is unacceptable. It’s disgraceful that stores of this caliber sell luxury items with defects and show such a lack of care and respect for their customers.

I will be requesting a full refund and definitely will not purchase from this brand again. This experience has left me completely disappointed.

For the price they charge not worth it!! The customer care is quite bad!

Items took weeks to arrive (from china) poor quality, incorrect products sent. Terrible cheap material and costly/lengthy return service. Don't bother ordering to save the agg.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Celine Toronto. The clothes look beautiful online and when they arrive (3 weeks later), they are TOTAL JUNK!
Materials are really cheap, the sizing is wrong, and the customer service is MISSING IN Action- in other words, NO RESPONSE!
This is definitely a SCAM company. IT DOES NOT COME FROM TORONTO!!

Bought Triomphe sunglasses and the arm broke off, apparently they are unfixable and I got no help from either Celine or Selfridges customer services. It doesn’t seem fair.
