Lamp broke within one year and no response when filing a complaint
Bought an Eclipse lamp, but the back shade fell apart within one year. Have written several times to Celine Wright, who have confirmed receiving my e-mails, but after months and several reminders, they have still not related to my e-mails and given no suggestion regarding how to fix their deficient product. The design may be nice but don’t buy their products! The price is high, but the quality - and especially the lack of service and their radio silence when you want to complain about their deficient products - is alarming.
