Poor battery capacity
Phone delivered exceptionally quick however battery has only 82% battery capacity compared to new. Phone Actually worse than my 5 year old phone I was replacing and won’t last a full day with normal use. Sold as refurbished. I think not ! Bought same phone through Mydeal for my daughter at a similar price and got a phone with 100% battery capacity.

Your delivery was delayed due to the 2 different suburbs typed into the address field when placing an the order, and due to your request to collect the item from Startrack rather than allowing them to deliver. We worked with you to ensure the device was collected for you. This is why your delivery was delayed.
The IMEI is a 12 digit number that is not recognizable to anybody who does not know the contents of the box and is used to ensure the correct item is packed into the correct box.
I'm sorry your delivery experience was not as swift as we ensure them to be.

Samsung S 9+ Purchase Review
I was basically happy with the service and delivery Disappointed I could not purchase the gold coloured S9+ I wanted but happy with the standard of the black model provided.
I small comment re the phones initial performance is its ability to load some apps. I found installing the AFL app that it cycled for a lengthy period and would not initially load via the 4G service only. On another occasion, 3 of us were trying to load a Sporting Globe app to qualify for discounts .All 3 using Optus as the carrier. My phone was the only one not to load. which was again disappointing.
