I got a quote on three phones. All were sent in one package. One credit came through, with no mention of the other two credits. I have emailed my appointed contact twice and have gotten no replies. Highly unprofessional and disrespectful.

The best way to have a brand new phone
I bought an iPhone 5s unlocked two weeks ago via cellmefree, I received it 3 days after. The phone arrived in his original boxe, in a perfect shape with all the accessories. I will strongly recommend to all my friends to buy a phone via this website! Cheap prices, fast delivery, good quality in the same time, pretty rare :)

confused my phone with another
Comunication was terrible. I had to contact them each step of the way for updates. A full week after they received my phone I received an e-mail stating my phone had water damage and it would cost me 10.00 if I wanted it back. My phone was in perfect condition when I sent it in. After several e-mails back and forth with someone who insisted this was the correct situation, 3 days later I finally received an e-mail from someone who apologized for the mix up and promised me my check was in the mail. Which it was. Horrible experience and I was sure I was being scammed for my I-phone. They did make it right in the end but the comunication and organization was terrible and the process took 3 weeks from start to finish. I would not use them again

The whole process didn’t take 3 weeks. You received your phone on November 7th and your check was mailed out on November 18th.

This process couldn't have been easier! They gave me the quote, sent me the kit, I mailed it in, got my money! I did have a few questions for customer service during the process and they always answered me within a few hours. Will do business with again!
