These guys are brilliant! I was panicking as I downloaded a virus and was worried the scammers had access to my banking apps, after a fraught drive to the shop the staff helped me delete the threat in minutes putting my my mind at rest, my sim card slot was jammed, they fixed that, I had the charging port and battery replaced for a geniune samsung all within an hour! Cannot recommend this company and staff enough!! FIVE STARS!!!

We went to Phone Dr in York today
We went to Phone Dr in York today. Have been a number of times before and they have always been very helpful. My wife and I are both 82 and not brilliant technologically, but they are always very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. They have patience in explaining how to do things. We always know that we will get excellent service

iPad charging port replaced
My iPad charging port stopped working and after I made an online research I found the Phone Doctor in my neighbourhood. I phoned him, arranged a visit and left my iPad with him. In about 3 hours it was ready. It’s been 10 days since then and my iPad charges perfectly and faster than before. Thank you Phone Doctor! 🙏🏻

Great for phone repairs
I had an Xperia XA2 with a broken screen, and used the mail-in service. I got the phone back within two days, good as new. Great price, fast turnaround and superb work - what's not to like? Very highly recommended.
