I bought an Apple watch from Best Buy. It turns out that it a market place seller as AB Cellular. There is no information on that company. I found out it's CellTech Electronics.

I bought an open box Apple Watch. Open box is an item that has not been used or refurbished. But sold and returned within 30 days with a full manufacturer warranty or a demo model. it comes with a full manufacturing warranty (Apple).

The item they sold me is used and refurbished. They sold it on the Best Buy platform as open box with warranty. This item has a 90 day warranty with it. I live in BC they are in Mississauga Ontario. No where on the platform does it say they are from Ontario. They lied about the device, the location and warranty. I have been trying to get a refund since Nov 13.

AB Cellular is CellTech Electronics and the reviews show how they scam people. They sell American companies lock phones as open box when they are completely unusable. They are dishonest and deceptive. Please stay away. Please confirm that the product is legit and they aren't scamming. Again open box is not used or refurbished - it's new open for demo use or returned within 30 days. It comes with a full manufacturer warranty. These people are scammers.

It's been 2 weeks and they know I am aware of their scam but they haven't refunded my money. They refused to cancel the order while it was still at the store. Message after this message they refused until fed ex pick it up on Nov 20. I have to wait for it to go across the country now fed ex has redirected back. It went across the country for no reason. They are dishonest and deceptive. Still trying to get my refund 14 days later.

My Samsung Note20 Ultra front and back pieces decided to separate, so I took it to this store (in the Parks mall, in Arlington) to have it repaired. I expected the back to be replaced. They simply used some type of glue to put the front and back together again and wrapped it in 10 rubber bands, telling me to keep it that way for at least two hours. The next morning I removed the rubber bands and the phone came apart again. BEST PART? They charged me $99 to put glue on my phone. They did not replace anything. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!

I would recommend CellTech to anyone. They took on a tricky job of safely handling and preserving the data in a broken Motorola RAZR (not the most common phone) with complete professionalism. Their customer service and communication were second to one. The office staff always replied to emails quickly (often instantly) and were even kind enough to arrange a call with the engineer before the work started so that I could discuss the best outcome of the phone repair with them. I doubt this was the easiest job, but I really don't think anyone could have done it better. Celltech's communication, technical knowledge, attention to detail and timeliness have been stellar.

I sent in an Experia 1 for a repair. It took them almost a month to get back to me and they just said it is irreparable. They promised a full refund and I am still waiting another 3 weeks later, for a total of 6 weeks, they haven't sent me a single penny despite a number of promises. £200+ for a repair that didn't happen.

I sent these guys my mi mix 3 5g they made me wait for 3 week and I sent the repair to be fixed mail in repair, dont trust these guys your better off buying a repair and fixing it yourself through someone local, they put a tft screen on my amolded phone, the screen is horrible not responsive horrible liars avoid at all cost, and I'm from the UK too.

They claim to use genuine screens when repairing but the screen used on my iPhone x has imperfections and is not of the same dimensions of an actual iPhone screen.

This company is a joke and a robber...they had me to trust them that they would pay over 300 for my phone when they got it they said they could only pay 50 because it was financially attached to ATT, which I told them beforehand....I couldn't afford to send a label to return my phone so they claimed they would have to recycle it...thieves in the tech world are real!

Popped in for a replacement for the badly swollen battery on my Honor phone. In under an hour, I walked out with a good as new phone and got the added bonus of meeting the lovely Omar. Exceptional service at a very good price, highly recommended.

I took my Nan to get her phone fixed this morning, the speaker just needed cleaning. They were so kind and sorted it out in no time. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Omar walks on water!!

I cannot rate this company highly enough! Absolutely fantastic customer service, communication and expertise! We spent the entire weekend trying to revive my dead as a dodo iPhone to no avail. I took it to Omar and within hours he had completely sorted it. He then tried to charge me £5! One company I rang wanted £80 just to look at it! I have never said this before in a review but you really don’t charge enough!! Omar is such a skilled, kind, polite and honourable man. As far as I am concerned Omar walks on water! In life you need a good doctor a good dentist and now an Omar! Thank you

Have used these guys a number of times, and in my experience they are faultless! Took my son's Samsung J3 in (smashed screen), and although they could have done the repair, they were honest enough to advise that it would be no more expensive to just get a new J3. I also needed a SIM card adaptor for a microSIM to fit in an older phone, the guy had one and gave it to me FOC. Highly recommended!
