The website states that you can track a mobile location in 5 seconds without any software. This is simply not true. You can only track its location after downloading a software which means you need to get hold of the phone you want to track. I have contacted the company for a refund as they cannot provide the service advertised and they are going far and beyond NOT to refund me. I am very surprised that their reputation is only worth £18. I have escalated the case with paypal and have a feeling that the cost of bad reviews ( I will leave them whenever I can) will be more damaging than the £18 that they should have refunded in the first place.
The info you get without installation is GDP per person in the UK, population in the area and some other nonsense. I found their product useless and their service and attitude disgusting. Please DO NOT buy from them. I would recommend mspy instead.

Also please read the 5 star reviews. Hilarious, all sound like robot written. Obviously not genuine!

Seems customer service is available until you log in then it’s no longer there !!
Also showed my search would be successful on the home page when you input the number , (encouraging you to pay for credits ) when I actually paid and did the same search 2 mins later it was unable to do the search!!! Utter scam , try somewhere else this is just a dedicated scam ! No one to talk to, no back up, no emails or contacts ! Totally shocked how this company has the cheek to be in business!!!!

In the UK the “free” trial forces you to get an account. That then leads you to “buy credits to reveal detail.” What you get them is a “report” which does NOT give you name but tells you that the phone is connected to Vodafone! Obviously it is connected to a network or why would you be trying to identify the owner. Steer clear and save yourself £18

This is a scam and I suspect the positive reviews here are fakes? My mobile was located in central London whereas it was found 60+ miles away! I got my bank to refund the £18. Rubbish

I was looking to find my sons lost phone, but the tracking was rubbish no matter what mobile number you enter it's always in london

This is a scam. I am located in Australia. I tried to locate 3 mobile phones. Two were in my house which is in Melbourne and the other was in QLD. All results came back stating phones were in the ACT (Australian Capital Territory) I would like a full refund Do not recommend

Scam!!! I sent a text to my phone to test it & never received any text. Doesn't work!!

Bad Bad Bad.
Advertising is a straight lie. There is no genuine tracking of any number though this company. They just make you believe that you can track anyone so you'll buy their product and service.
They are very expensive and their terms and conditions say you cannot track anyone except yourself or someone who has given you permission and it is just stupid ip address tracking not anything real.
They also said their system automatically flagged my account and they stole all my credits and said there is nothing they can do about it because once flagged, they cannot undo it. Liars and Thieves.
You've been warned!

Absolute scam. Says you can trace and track phone numbers. All we could find out was the country the phone was in. When UK covers 242sqkm that doesn't give a lot of help. seriously regretted paying £18 for nothing.

Just wasted £18!! What a scam. I did a test location search for my OWN phone number and it offered me no data what so ever, only that it is a vodafone account. Did a test with my sons mobile phone number and the same results!! Do not waste your money, they can't trace a thing! I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased!!

UPDATE: I raised my complaint to Paypal, through which I paid and I got my money back!!!

They make all sorts of claims about locating phones but the first time I used their txt tracing my account was suspended with a message I had been phishing. Wish I'd read their reviews before wasting £18 with these fraudsters.

Scam and fake reviews. I lost my phone for few weeks but usually find it somewhere at home. Not finding it and looking up online what to do as I knew it would be off as battery would be gone.
Some sites charged 0.50 euro but then monthly subs for 49euro (how could you possibly need such a monthly service.)
Say celltrack one of fee seemed so just went with it.
Showed my phone with some unusual coordinates in some apartment in Dublin. I was then thinking of scenarios how I lost it and this fu#*er must of taken it from Galway (where I live) to Dublin.
Found my phone next day under back car seat.
Absolute scam. Avoid & don’t waste your money.

Seems like a con, any number that is in a valid format for a mobile number (at least this one checks that unlike Mobihelp), free to sign up but then you have to buy a minimum of £18 credit, very expensive, I didn't bother and I wouldn't advise any one else to waste money on it, even if it worked better than Google "Find my phone" or Apples equivalent which I doubt it's daylight robbery.

Misleading service offer. No cancellation no refund if not happy with the service. I would not recommend

I used cell track to locate my iPhone as it was turned off, I was in north of Ireland on a Saturday night when I lost it I paid cell track €10 the next day to locate it gave a pin point to an area in Dublin City 1.5 hours away, which was 100% wrong because the phone turned up the following day as the dog picked it up and dropped it in my neighbours garden luckily they found it unharmed! Total scam I don’t know how they get away with this!

An absolute disgrace sends you on bogus destination charges, do not use this is a very dangerous game they play police should be involved. PLEASE don't use especially if it's a sensitive search

This site only traces live locations if you prove your are a governing official.

Government Officals don’t use this site as they have access to government tracking software.

So this site has SC AM all over

This us a total fraud. It is a disgrace do not use this servie ever!!!. Son lost his phone this app tells you you can track any cell phone. Then you are told you have to buy credits the cheapest is £18 only to be told when you do then use your credit to track the phone, you get a message saying we have found your phone but for data protection you cannot see where the phone is.
