Fantastic Prices, outstanding customer service... great company to do business with!
I stumbled accross this website back in 2003, the price they were offering on a car charger was too good to pass up, so I gave them a chance... I've been ordering from them ever since. Through several phone upgrades and car kit purchases, I've always received stellar customer service and high quality, new merchandise. I have used their return service a few times, always with great results. Not sure what the deal is with some of these other reviews (although people tend to make more noise when they're dissatisfied than when they are happy with a business). I LOVE that I get a real person, who speaks clear english and knows what they're talking about when I call in. Just recently I decided to order a bluetooth car kit, but didn't really know what to get. I spoke with one of their customer service reps who did a stellar job of answering my questions and helping me figure out which product would meet my needs. I was very impressed when I asked him a question that he didn't know the answer to and rather than tell me what I wanted to hear (like so many people do just to get the sale, he actually took down my information, looked into it and called me back! CellularAccessory.com has a lifetime client in me.
