Service and signnel not as hopped
4G coverage shown but slow to connect for some reason and not consistant. Seemed no better than 3G most of time. No 5G coverage at all which was disapointing, it said it is included but never did connect. This was not a regional issue as when i switched to my main UK sims provider via SFR I connected to 5G every time with no issues. If I had got 5G coverage and the 4g was consistent I would have given 4 or 5 stars. But I didn't get what I thought I was buying so not worth the extra cost in my opinion.

It does not do what it says
It does not do what it says. No availability of data, I am unable to use my phone. No clear instructions of what to do and how to do it in case there is a problem. I was told everything will be done automatically. But that was misinformation on your part. This looks to be a scam. Really disappointed at what was needed by your application. Do better. Also, no help available after I tried for hours going through the answers provided and all my phone settings too.

I was on the bullet train and always had a connection in the city; I had 5G the whole time, even inside the subway. I have absolutely no complaints.

Very bad experience for the 2nd time in China
Very bad experience for the second time in China, while in previous experience in other countries (eg USA), all worked perfect.
I went to Beijing the beginning of June, had no connection. I received a mail with apologies that there were outages. In July now, I went to Wuxi and Shanghai, both big cities. Again the networks was not available. I went through all the checks on the Ubigi app to review if I correctly installed the eSIM and they were all ok, still no connection. I could not access any support, the app got stuck? Will not use the eSIM for China ever again.

Weak and unusable connection
Got an esim for Africa. First stop Tanzania and service was terrible. Simply did not work at all. Super slow. Unusable. Emailed customer support and have heard nothing. A true mess. Just pay more and get a better provider.
