Been a loyal customer since December 2020. I hold all my cryptos in the wallet and loves the many layers of security to protect the funds.

As im from Europe (Denmark) i earn yield every monday. Free money i use to DCA into other coins via the free swap service.

I am very satisfied with the platform. Use the loan and investment services. It has excellent quality support compared to competitors.

I took out a loan but now I cant pay the principle back. I thought I was going to be liquidated which is fine because I can take back the collateral left over and reinvest. Now I am being told that my funds will be held indefinitely until I pay the principle (which I cant)

Celsius is best platform to buy cryptos. Celsius Token (CEL) is your native token which you can stake into the platform.

Terrible / non existent customer support.
they suck you into getting interest paid in their coin 'cel'. Pretty much impossible to do anything with CEL. Nightmare to change it to any other asset. You basicly need to be a DEFI wizard to convert it.
I deposited around $300 BTC, cost a lot in Gas fees to deposit, then a drama to withdraw, (24 stand down period to add a wallet address), I have left the CEL siting on their platform, too much hassle to get it off. Total waste of time.
Check the positive reveiws on this site (trust pilot). They are clearly scam/paid referal attempts. They pay heaps of youtube influencers to get people like me sucked in.
Stay away, just not worth the hassle to get such a small return.

Celsius is a great platform where you earn market leading yield on your crypto assets. You are able to transfer out of the platform with no fees, and swap in app. A must have product to navigate the emerging digital asset class.

Amazing Crypto platform.

Have been using this platform for a while and I am simply amazing by its nice and smooth usability and the embedded high security. Also, the Celsius platform and community is one of the best in the world IMO where you also get amazing rewards for using this platform (e.g., staking). For example, I staked various crypto assets for a while and already got more than 500$ in BTC rewards, amazing!

This is geat application because of that they didint get additional gas fees for the withdrawal. And i am most likely thing is first 50$ btc bounce its good for the crypto beginers to increase their portfolio to securly

I joined by the sign up bonus and had my goal to enroll every single Filipino in order to obtain the promoted referral bonus. All the accounts of people I enrolled have been suspended. All legit people. My mistake? I enrolled everyone with my own laptop. There are other hidden rules that Celsius don't disclose neither: don't use the same device, don't use the same IP, don't transfer money from other Celsius account, don't send money from an account previously linked to another celsius user, etc (probably many more rules). Celsius is intentionally hiding these disclosures because this seems to be part of their business model, to hold assets of people, make money with them, and milk as much as possible your money with no clear timeframe to return your assets (if ever). I have collected the evidence of all the neighbors I enrolled and some of them have being suspended since two months ago with no even one single reply. Some did the deposit and never gotten the rewards, meaning Celsius intentionally received the money and suspended the account before giving any rewards. If you are from a country outside of the US, EU or GB, don't create an account because you don't have the customer protection mandates of those territories where Celsius have offices. Keep your crypto staking somewhere else.

I have been with Celsius for years. Celsius is a great platform with no fees even to withdraw you coins. Also Celsius pays you interest on your tokens you hold on the Celsius platform. What is better then that?

They create a referral program for Latin American countries but they start suspending accounts for no reason. Now they have about USD 1000 of my savings and I don't have any answer of the support team.

Celsius is one of the most underrated crypto related web sites. Their referral codes are great, they have reward programs which are better than most of their competitors. The community is awesome. The founders are trustworthy. I have been using them nearly for a year now, I had zero problems.

Account locked and tokens never refunded. Customer Service told me i had abused with their referrals and various bonuses which from my point of view is not true. In any case, they told me to provide an adress for them to refund me my tokens without interest and referrals bonus. A month later and despite several emails, nothing has been returned. Not recommended unless maybe if you do not enjoy any referral or bonus.

The 5-star reviews on here are suspicious. People just don't write reviews like that, even raves. They sound like ads. This makes me think twice before joining.
