I wanted to return a jumper purchased online from Celvora Mode. They refused to provide the return details, quoting “due to a recent surge in lost return parcels, we are currently unable to accept returns, as many items never reach our facility”. I offered to return the item to their London location and they refused again quoting “we process all returns exclusively through our standard return centre, which involves shipping the item back to our warehouse”. They company does not align with the UK consumer contracts regulations either. Ultimately, after a lot of communication, I only managed to get a 45% refund for a product I will not be using. In conclusion, I do not recommend this retailer in-stored or online.
