About CelWel If you found CelWel, chances are you'd already tried a lot of things that didn't work. Chronic fatigue. Joint pain. Brain fog that makes it hard to think clearly or show up the way you want to. You knew something was wrong — but getting lasting relief felt out of reach. CelWel was built for exactly that experience. Most approaches to chronic inflammation try to suppress it after it's already triggered. CelWel takes a different approach. It works at the level of immune regulation — supporting the cellular systems that control how your immune system decides when to activate inflammation and when to stand down. When that regulatory process isn't working correctly, inflammation keeps coming back regardless of what else you try. CelWel is designed to help address that upstream problem. The results from clinical research back this up. In a 73-patient study, 75% of participants experienced a 30% or greater reduction in symptoms in just 2–3 weeks. A separate peer-reviewed study on Long COVID was published in an indexed medical journal. Some patients notice a difference within 24–72 hours. CelWel is made with natural botanical ingredients, requires no prescription, and has shown no serious adverse events in either clinical trial. A 3-week course costs $149 — a fraction of what most chronic illness protocols run. If you've recently tried CelWel, we'd genuinely love to hear about your experience. Real reviews from real people living with chronic symptoms are what help others in the same situation find us — and decide whether CelWel might be right for them. Thank you for being part of the CelWel community.

Two years in — and I notice when I stop taking it

I have a chronic Bartonella infection, suspected Lyme disease, and mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS). My symptoms — severe fatigue, GI issues, lightheadedness, headaches, and skin sensitivity — have made it hard to find treatments I can actually tolerate. I started CelWel about two years ago on the recommendation of my doctor, Dr. Samuel Shor.

The results have been gradual but consistent. In the past six months, especially, I've felt functionally better. My GI symptoms have improved the most. Most telling to me: every time I've run out of CelWel or stopped taking it, my symptoms get worse across the board. When I take it consistently (four times a day), I feel better on average.
