Titel: Finger weg – völlig unseriös!
Diese Firma arbeitet absolut intransparent. Ständig werden neue, nicht nachvollziehbare Gebühren berechnet, obwohl Zahlungen nachweislich pünktlich erfolgen. Aufklärende Antworten bleiben aus, Kundenwünsche (z. B. keine Papierpost) werden ignoriert. Unprofessionell, kundenunfreundlich und nur auf Abzocke aus – nie wieder!
Bei mir war alles gut. Mein Antrag wurde schnell bearbeitet und Herr Masala hat mich gut betreut und sich bis zum Ende hin grosse Mühe gegeben das alles reibungslos verläuft.
