I contacted this company by phone to…

I contacted this company by phone to inquire about an estimate for a bathroom. The person I spoke to, addressed me rudely because my bathroom was small in size and he was not interested in the job. He told me that he did not work for the tax department and that he would have to charge me about 2500 euros per square meter to make it profitable for him. What I do not understand about this person's behavior is the bad manners in which he addresses potential clients and why he does not advertise on his website that he only works for large surfaces or for works of pharaonic size.
