Great product quality, good pricing, transparent process. The product had a bad smell after unpacking, however that's a complete non issue, the smell disappeared after 1 wash. Will consider buying again!

Poorly made, not worth the money or the wait, but cool design
I ordered the bat hoodie with spikes on the hood from Cemetery Crypt. I was told that the hoodie would be made within 1 to 2 weeks, but mine took 3 weeks to be produced. When it finally arrived in Poland, it was packed only in a black plastic bag, had a very unpleasant smell, and I received no prior notice that I would have to cover additional costs. When the package was delivered, the mail carrier informed me I had to pay an extra 8.50zł
On top of that, the spikes on the hood are sewn very unevenly, which makes the whole thing look poorly finished. Honestly, this experience was disappointing from start to finish and does not reflect the quality I expected.

Taxes & Duties: All taxes were paid at checkout and processed through the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) system, which ensures that EU customers should not be charged VAT again upon delivery. We're unsure why you were asked to pay extra, as this should not happen under the IOSS system. We were not contacted about this issue, otherwise we would have looked into it immediately to help resolve it.
Packaging: The black bag your order arrived in is a secure polymailer, commonly used in e-commerce to protect apparel during transit. It's lightweight, waterproof, and designed to keep your order safe.
Production Time: All CemeteryCrypt products are handmade to order, which is why we state a production time of 1–2 weeks. In some cases, such as during peak periods, production may take a bit longer — we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Spikes: The spikes on your hoodie are individually hand-placed, which may result in slight differences between items. This is part of the handcrafted nature of our products and reflects the care and detail we put into each piece.
It's worth noting that your order was placed using a discount, which we hope added value to your purchase despite the issues you've raised.

Good quality printing!
I've ordered both patches and a hoodie from Cemetery Crypt, and on both, but especially the patches, the print job is amazing and the colours have lasted through several washes. The canvas is sturdy too. I think it's good to be aware though that shipping can take a while, at least it does to Finland. Worth the wait though!
