Centerwell Pharmacy is the worst mail…
Centerwell Pharmacy is the worst mail order company to work with. I had a perscription with 4 refills and they would not let me refill it . They had to call the Doctor.
Told them im going back to my local CVS . Humana needs to rethink their partners .
Knowledge and Kindness
After a below average wait time I was able to speak to a real pharmacist named Jeff who was very kind and knowledgeable. He walked me through whether there could be any problems between my new script for Zepbound and my current meds and supplements. He also shared cost information that I was unaware of regarding the change from the insurance “donut hole” to something else that will save me money this year. I know many people talk about issues with Centerwell Pharmacy but that was absolutely NOT my experience.
Everything about using them is…
Everything about using them is troublesome, from long hold times, representatives that speak poor English, to glitches in signing in and no ability to have it corrected to waiting online for 15 minutes just to try and pay for a prescription. As soon as possible I will be moving my Rx to my local pharmacy.
Terrible customer service
My PCP sent in a titration for an Rx on April 2nd. Since that date, it has been nothing but downhill service with Centerwell. I have constantly been on the phone with them either trying to find an order that listed as shipped, why I am not able to see my prescriptions online or why an order hasn't been shipped. The last straw was on 6/1...after calling and speaking to 4 different customer service representatives, we came to the same conclusion - we can't see my Rx or orders online and it's supposedly my fault that THEY don't have the Rx from my doctor even though THEY listed my doctor by name, office and address.
security breach
I see so many people complaining about CenterWell Pharmacy but they keep using them because they are cheap but very bad, if you really want a different service, change pharmacies. I understand that part of the problem is that they have people on the other end of the phone in Guatemala, the Philippines, Ireland, Jamaica, India, and Colombia. Just imagine our personal information, credit cards in the hands of foreigners.

I am a retired physician with insight into exceptional pharmacies and horrible pharmacies.
Center Well Pharmacy represents what is wrong with our health system.
I literally have spent over 25 hours on the phone with them over a year and a third. They must hire support people including pharmacists who can not get a job anywhere else. Very frustrating and a danger to one's health. Will be switching next opportunity if I am still alive.
Center Well Pharmacy slowin processing times
Well, CenterWell Pharmacy number prevents access to a pharmacist —you will speak to an employee who is under the title of advocate. The customer service is the worst I have experienced. When you place a call to Center Well pharmacy - the whole process is lengthy, as they require lots of information before you even speak to an advocate. When you give the information they want, you are giving it to a AI. The AI has difficulty processing/ understanding letters and numbers.
The pharmacy itself is slow. After placing an order you will see that your medication is being processed. You may see this “being processed” notification for two weeks. Personally, when I called to inquire about the “being processed” action, the advocate who answered my call, told me to be patient the medication is being processed and that’s exactly what it means. The advocate would not allow me to have any access to the pharmacist. I could only speak to a pharmacist if I wanted to discuss the action of the medications process in the body.
I have terminated my relationship with CenterWell Pharmacy.
After approx 18 mo with CenterWell
After approx 18 mo with CenterWell, I've finally transferred all of my meds to Walgreens. CenterWell "advocates" don't seem to know how to listen intelligently to the customer's problem and think critically to solve it. They only want to read from the script and get you off the phone as quickly as possible. If my problem was easily fixable, I would've used the Chat option on the website.
absolute nightmare
absolute nightmare. stole $300 from me and refused to refund it or even acknowledge that they had charged my card. i have filed fraud complaints with my bank and reported them to the bbb. do not ever do business with centerwell. please save yourself the headache.
Worst pharmacy to work with
Worst pharmacy to work with. Not only did they delay my prescriptions, but they also failed to cancel my order when I went with a different pharmacy. They kept reassuring me that things would arrive on time and never did. Even after I requested to have my card removed from their account it was still visible. I requested to speak to a supervisor who also never called me. Very bad experience. Would not recommend.
If I could give negative stars I would
If I could give negative stars I would. They are absolutely horrible and the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
Terrible service and a scam
Terrible service. They tell me I owe them money, but won't connect me with the "collections" people to clear it up. I do NOT owe them anything. They get $149.00 from me every month. What a scam.
APRN Center Well ordered Meds without my Approval
I was a patient at Center Well Primary Care and my APRN without my consent ordered several prescriptions for me from them. I didn't want any of them. I tried to return them to the pharmacy but would not take them back.
The pharmacist said I didn't have to pay anything so they are not taking them back. But that is not true and I am sure knows it. I was on hold for a very long time on this call.
Trying to call them is ridiculous
Trying to call them is ridiculous. The hold time is totally horrible. The advocates are poor. There needs to be a serious look at customer care!!! Communications are terrible also.
The pharmacy needs a person who answers…
The pharmacy needs a person who answers the phone to speak English I just canceled my prescription I'm not going to deal with her takes too long for the new prescription. If you need it sooner go to a local pharmacy
Waste of time unreliable very…
Waste of time unreliable very disorganized. less expensive vs local pharmacy but not worth the several phone calls and still no shipment
The 1.3 star rating for Centerwell is misleading...
(Keep in mind that one cannot get their review of this company published here without giving the company at least a 1-star rating. Probably most 1-star ratings are really zero, or less.) CenterWell should not be in business even selling left-handed screwdrivers, much less dealing with pharmaceuticals. Be warned- you'll be in for some unimaginable nightmarish situations if you use this pharmacy. I can't imagine how Humana lends it's good name to this farce-of-a-business. Sure, their lower cost pharmacy items are attractive but I'd rather pay a few extra bucks and not have to spend hours on the phone in an attempt to get my meds- or maybe not get them at all. I'm changing my prescriptions back to a local pharmacy. Their company-wide incompetence doesn't mix well with my medications.
They sent me a bill
They sent me a bill. I already sent in the check they cashed it. Still receiving bill. Talked with team member . We made an appointment date. She never got back to me. THIS IS THE FIFTH TIME THIS YEAR THAT I HAVE HAD PROBLEM WITH CCENTERWELL. Their website is horrible their people are not trained well. Their AI doesn’t understand. Spent days and hours on the phone with no results.
Website and app broken for 30+ days
Website and app broken for 30+ days — locked out by system errors
I am extremely frustrated with CenterWell Pharmacy. Their website and online portal have been completely down and inaccessible for the past 30 days.
It is impossible to log into my account. I have changed my password multiple times hoping it would resolve the issue, but it makes no difference. I have tried repeatedly using both a standard web browser and their mobile app, but the system fails to log me in every single time. Instead, I am constantly blocked by the error message: "Sorry, we ran into a problem on our end."
As a mail-order pharmacy, digital access is a necessity, not a luxury. Because of this month-long technical failure, I cannot track my shipments, check my order history, or request routine refills online. Every single basic task now requires calling customer service. This has forced me to endure long phone hold times just to manage my essential medications.
A pharmacy handles critical healthcare needs. Leaving an online portal and app completely broken for an entire month shows a severe lack of operational management and disregard for patient convenience. CenterWell needs to fix their IT infrastructure immediately. Until their digital services are fully restored, I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your prescription needs.
Charged my credit card twice - still no prescription
Have to talked to several people. All of whom try to be helpful and are easy to communicate with. However, twice I have been told my prescription should arrive in 3 days - the first time was 3 days ago. I ordered this prescription 2 and a half weeks ago knowing it takes 9-10 days to get a regular prescription filled. Got a call on May 11 saying they needed approval to charge the copay to my credit card. And they did. I called again on May 16. AND THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AGAIN. I chose Humana/Centerwell because I would be saving $1000 on my medications. The app says “We’re preparing your order now. We’ll let you know when it ships.” It’s said the same thing for over 2 weeks. They’re just awful.
