Ordered 4 tires, and only 2 arrived, no one knows what happened to the other two, the result is that I have neither tires nor money, I am told that I have to wait 15 days for them to make a complaint about the shipment, considering that I am a customer who buys a lot of tires, the problem should have been resolved in less time, but since seriousness is seen when problems arise, from now on we will not even buy a tire.I also asked that if the other two tires don't arrive I don't want the ones that arrived either, because my order was clearly 4 of the same tires.

Process works well
Used them a couple of times with no issues. Last time rims and winter tires were shipped directly to the garage. No need to worry about delivery time and taking tyres to the garage/tyre shop. All info was communicated promptly. It was only left to make an appointment with the garage. All in all, it took 10 days to get new rims and tyres on the car since placing the order. So do not leave such task till the last minute. All items arrived in good condition. Tip: it makes sense to pick a garage carefully - check reviews in advance. Good garage makes all process much easier. Also, unless you are replacing exactly the same tyres/rims, make your research diligently (site had certificates for tyres and rims) or consult with the garage before ordering.

In the end got the tires, well packed, good performance. Happy with my purchase.
