This is a serious warning to anyone considering ordering from CentralePneus.

Right after placing a simple tyre order, I was targeted by high-level phishing attempts pretending to be a delivery service.
The SMS contained a fake link designed to steal bank details and Luxembourg authentication codes — the type of data used to access bank accounts in Luxembourg.

This happened immediately after my order, which raises a critical question:
➡️ Has customer data been compromised or insufficiently protected?

As a customer, I am absolutely shocked.
Not only have I still not received my order, but I also had to deal with an attempted theft of my identity and banking access.

This is NOT a minor incident.
This is a major security red flag that suggests that something is wrong either with the platform’s data protection or with how third-party partners handle customer information.

CentralePneus must urgently:

investigate a potential data breach,

reinforce their security systems,

communicate transparently with customers.

Until this is resolved, I strongly advise everyone to think twice before entering personal or payment information on this website.

Customers deserve safety — not phishing attempts following a purchase.

I bought 8 tires 4 each, one i got from year 2025, and the others from pirelli the expense ones, are from 2022, so i got old tires, i am not happy with that at all, about delivery it was fine and in time sure.

Bad communication with the buyer, without any information or late about the item, too long to sent the items, before was 3/4 days, this time it took about 2 weeks (more or less).
Before normally I give 5 *, unfortunately this time must be 2*.

Tires arrived quickly. Partner company mounted the tires without problem

I just bought 4 tires. They seems to be fine, new in the factory package, right model and without any visible problems. Delivery very fast.
A couple of remarks though :
- the tires have factory stickers and they show worse fueleconomy rating than presented in the site, - C instead of B. This may be still OK and the rating on the site is taken from the customers feedback, and could be rightfully better. I cannot say , I just hope so and that all is honest in this sense.
- I tried to track the delivery to be home when they come, but it happened well before the tracking showed any progress, I was luckily home. So guys be aware.

Tires never arrived due to their inability to write an address correctly or use a decent courier. Ordered two months ago, the tires are in their possession and they refuse to refund me. I opened a chargeback dispute with my bank, which they even contested despite having received the tires back from the courier. Avoid them at all costs, not to mention the reviews about old, expired tires.
Don’t be fooled by the good reviews, there’s plenty of negative feedback about them elsewhere

I’ve had an open dispute ticket with your company for two months. It’s pointless for you to post automatic replies here to make yourselves look good when you don’t resolve anything in the tickets and still haven’t refunded my money. Truly a disgraceful company.

MINUS : returning of tires, 4 tires returned and only 2 credited

Selling new tires, and we get 3years old tires shipped.
For a winter tires that should be changed after 4 years (they get like plastic and loose grip) i payed for tires that can safely be used only this winter.
