Telephone contacts were polite and efficient. Call-backs were prompt. Delivery was on time. The on-site team were professional and the work so far of a high standard. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Mark Wrath made promises around a delivery date when I had not yet been invoiced. He gave me a date when I would expect a phone call advising of the delivery that week, that didn’t happen. When I chased this up, i was informed it was for delivery next week. I had to move my builder and joiner who were not happy. I was then informed of another date, and on the day no show. I rang and was the i mussed a phone call the day before and because i did not pick up you moved the delivery again. no voice message or text. I had to let my builder and joiner down again. An absolute shambles and as explained to andy zi would like to make a formal complaint. He said he would speak with the director, still wait….

I’m in the process of renovating my house , it has traditional wooden sash windows. I looked at three manufacturers and central joinery. They’re not the cheapest, but the quality of their service and product is exceptional. You certainly do get what you pay for. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone, including my best friend to central joinery.

Excellent service. We met Vince on site at our current project, he was well prepared, very educated and gave us all the options available. Once we agreed to a style and the size of stairs, we got a detailed plan of the design within just a few days. Deposit is Paid and we should be receiving the new staircase in the next few days.

Lovely set of stairs now fully installed. Arrived on time and fitted perfectly. Top job

This staircase was made for a self build project. It was challenging to Install but hugely satisfying when such an elegant and fine piece of workmanship was finished.
