Initial Review
We booked 3 or 4 postcard mailing campaigns. The first was OK and we were reasonably pleased, the second went wrong at QA check and the third was absolutely awful. They admitted the error was entirely their fault and they had printed over 50% of the postcards in the wrong colour. After a few mail exchanges they then tried to put the blame on us even though we had supplied the Pantone. We was offered a partial reprint however they could not guarantee would meet the required standards and they wanted us to pay the postage! .We asked for a refund instead which they refused hiding behind a page of excuses. We have cancelled the remainder of our campaigns with them.

Update 2nd October - since this review CMS have moved quickly to resolve the issues raised. They have also promised to make additional QA checks to ensure we do not have the same problems again. This is a very positive response and as such I have altered this review from 1 star to 3 stars.
