My house was sold and paid off mortgage. CPB withdraw monthly payments from my primary bank. I sent emails and called mortgage department. It has been passed 30 days, CPB still have not returned my money back. Slow services, and customer representatives are not doing their job. Do not use this bank as your mortgage company, you will find out why I am not recommending!
If it could be zero Stars I would put zero stars but you got to put at least one to write a review. I tried to use an ATM in ABC store on Lower Honoapiilani highway in Lahaina and I tried to take out $400. It didn't disperse any money it said that that the transaction was unavailable at that time. I checked if the withdrawal amount was in my balance and it was. According to the customer that was in line behind me the machine probably didn't have enough money to dispense and this has happened to her before. Now I have a whole hassle to deal with with my bank because of their stupid ATM machine
