Central Plumbing and Heating offered us an appointment to fit in with other commitments we had and Adam arrived promptly on the day. He explained what he was doing, was very thorough and left the sink clean and ready for us to use.

Apart from a hiccup with an aborted appointment, Central Plumbing were extremely efficient and couldn't have been more helpful. All of the employees I dealt with, from the admin staff to the fitters themselves were friendly and courteous and we couldn't fault them or their work. We would definitely recommend them based on our experience.

Our expansion tank burst just before the bank Holiday in April and with a panic I just goggles plumbers near me and this company popped up, they asked to send photos and description of what's happened and they gave me a quote just a short time afterwards.
I arranged the parts to be fited and they were soon with me installing the new part.
They were very helpful in my problem and soon the repair was complete in a very short matter of time at a excellent price.
I would recommend them again and again and I'd be using them in the future should I ever have any problems again.

We were recommended by family and neighbours that Central Plumbing and Heating Ltd, were a great local company. From first contact, I was very impressed with their approach and for providing suggestions and options for a new boilers for our bungalow and an air conditioning systems for our conservatory extension. The information and quotes supplied helped us, make an informed choice for the products they installed.

They engineers were extremely polite and very careful to protect our property. On completing the install they ensured that we understood how everything worked and who we should contact if subsequently we were unsure of anything or there were any issues. We were delighted at the end of the day how clean they left our home.

The new combi boiler we knew straight away was going to keep us warm as we had not known the radiators to produce so much heat. The water pressure was a lot higher than the previous gravity fed system which resolved an ongoing issue of low water pressure to the kitchen hot water tap and the shower, since we had moved into the bungalow.

The back office team were very good at keeping us informed and making the necessary appointments and in explaining the various finance options available. No request was to much for them, they even arranged for a new shower, which I had previouly purchased elsewhere to be plumbed in.

What made a big impression was their attention to detail, the very knowledgeable and skilled tradesmen and the attention to make sure nothing was overlooked. For example all appliance were registered by them with the manufactures to ensure the extended guarantee etc were all in place and that the necessary building control certificates were registered and issued.

A local company that in my honest opinion provided an excellent service and excellent value for money with no pressure or hard sales tricks. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who was looking for heating or plumbing works for their homes.

Friendly, knowledgeable heating engineer called to fit Nest system. Completed in a timely manner. Only comment is time allocated to job was too short so the chap was rushing.

We have used this company for several years now. They are reliable & reasonably priced. I would recommend them for oil boiler servicing.
