I purchased a Sony 55” tv from SONY CENTRE FALKIRK in January and they expertly set it up
and explained in detail all its functions. Recently, I have experienced frustrating connection problems when trying to get Netflix and I player. I could not find a way to resolve these issues, so decided to get back in touch with them. They actually had one of their friendly staff working in Edinburgh that day and he arrived here early
afternoon and needless to say, he fixed the problem by hard wiring the tv and re connecting all our other devices, explaining exactly what he was doing. In these days of relatively poor service, I must say it was a pleasure, both purchasing the tv and getting such first class after sales service. If you are about to buy a SONY product, try SONY CENTRE FALKIRK first!
Great Replacement Fulfilment
My tv unit arrived damaged, likely down to Parcelforce puncturing it with a forklift, and therefore smashing the screen.
On contacting the Sony Centre that fulfilled my order, they were very apologetic and arranged for a new unit to be delivered by themselves (and not Parcelforce) to ensure it would arrive in great condition. New TV came in a couple of days in perfect condition.
Would certainly deal with that Sony Centre again - best customer service I've ever received.

The customer service is kind of unhelpfull. The billing date and delivery date needs to be the same so that was very weird as i could not get it deliverd to my work.
The order was delivered next day and it was refurbished headphones and i came in with no scratches or any marks that it was used. Very good

Fantastic service from Sony!
My wife had purchased a Sony camera last year and was delighted with it. In January, we went on a three centre holiday to Victoria Falls in Zambia, Pumba Game Reserve in the Eastern Cape and Cape Town. We returned with 1200 images and have still to put them in to albums! We so enjoyed our holiday, that we have booked again for January 2019. My wife thought that a telephoto lens would be a good idea, so I Googled Sony Scotland and found the Sony Centre in Alloa. I rang and spoke to Jim McMichael at the Sony Centre in Alloa and he was very impressive. Having told him what we wanted and the reasons for the telephoto, he told me to leave it with him and he would get back to me.
Fifteen minutes later, he rang me back with three options. I asked him which he would recommend and he told me. That was good enough for me and I also ordered a Sony camera bag. We had a slight delay in processing the order to delivery, because my wife and I were off to Portugal. We agreed a delivery date and two minutes in to the one hour window given by UK Mail, our parcel arrived today. Fantastic service. We had been kept up to speed by Marlyn Jamieson who provides the admin support to Jim and both of them were extremely professional and delightful to deal with.
My wife is thrilled with both camera bag and telephoto lens, so well done Sony, Jim and Marlyn!
High Street service from an online site.
Ordered an old model at a very reasonable price. Within an hour a friendly gent called me directly from a Sony Centre to advise that the model I had ordered was a display model. He offered me an instant refund or a free upgrade to the newer model (nearly £40 more expensive) which I accepted. Arrived 2 days later and is brilliant. I thought this was great customer service (sadly lacking in a lot of larger sites). Thoroughly recommended.
Nightmare con-shop bootlegging Sony branding.
This website pretends to be a Sony Store (uses their logo and branding and website colours and everything) but it's actually just a bunch of shops under one website. When you buy you get no information about your return policy and if you call the number on the website they literally tell you to call a random store. Hard to get through to anyone and they frequently treat you disrespectfully or patronizing - constantly telling you that you must be wrong. After your money is gone they treat you like you never existed. Stick to the reliable shops on the high street with clear prices and return policies! You'll probably save money too. Thoroughly regret buying from them - won't be making that mistake ever again! Advise you to stay CLEAR!
