Centric Fiber is unreliable - there are way too many outages to consider them functional. On Monday, 11/18, it was out all day. I work from home, and this completely put me out. Today, 11/26, I woke up to no internet. I checked, and noted an email that said the overnight maintenance completed amd service was restored. Not true. I called them to report it, and the robot confirmed an outage. I got a follow-up text saying "degraded service." There is NO service, and I don't know when this will be fixed. I made a final call before posting g this, and they had me on a long hold. What is one to do??? I just want to get service to go about my day.

I’ve recently move in a community that only offers Centric Fiber. It’s been more than 3 months now, and service is still terrible. The tech support reps are nice but the service is terrible. The outages are at least once a week, and service is extremely slow every evening. In most cases the outages can last more than 24 hours, I work from home and it’s a huge inconvenience. I understand they may work on it, but at the very least provide a credit or discount for unused service. Also, if you lose internet after 10pm your screwed until 8am when the office reopens.

Their pricing and customer service is so much better than any other internet company I’ve used!
This is the worst company I have ever deal with too many outages I understand stuff happens, but with this company happens every week of the month and they take a day and a half to fix it people from business from their home. People work from home so far this company is the worst and it really sucks.

Got off the phone feeling good about having centric service now. Great customer service iam here to stay. Thank you

Makenzie went above and beyond to double check my policy and see what she could do to retain us as customers after Spectrum came into our area. Her service today really showed me why Centric is the best option and I appreciated the interaction, the empathy for my pocketbook, as well as her understanding and kindness. Way to go!
When it works, it's good. I swear every time it rains, the internet goes down. Doesn't even have to be raining hard and the internet just stops working.
Oh look, another outage. Again. I haven't really had internet for the last 3 days.

Makenzie was very personable and attentive. She even did follow-up calls to ensure the service was provided and working to my liking. If there were more than 5 stars I’d give them to her.
We were told a week prior to moving that our internet would be set up. I would have given centric fiber 5 stars but the customer service representatives and dispatch team seemed to be out of loop on the work that had been done up till now. It wasn’t until the first technician came to install the modem that centric fiber noticed the fiber connection outside wasn’t installed yet. I have never used centric fiber before and I hope the service is reliable but I am grateful that the customer service representative named Logan showed transparency on the progress of work and giving me a real wait time for getting my internet.
Although the service was postponed twice, I am glad that the customer service representatives Makenzie and Mike kept me informed on the status and called and checked back with me three times, which I greatly appreciate.
The young lady would call to see if I needed anything more with service. She was very professional
For the last few months, The WiFi goes out 2-3 time per week for a few hours. Big sky estates ponder Texas. It is a reoccurring issue that never gets resolved

Makenzie was awesome! Super kind, quick and friendly service to solve our internet outage before the weekend. She even followed up throughout the day after being her first call of the morning.
Took 2 weeks after we moved in for internet to be live. Waited around with no real answers from anyone and awful customer support from Logan. Mentioned many times that they would get back to me and never did. Raul our installer was the only one who was actually helpful!
