Centric health Wexford automatically made an appointment for me with CDM nurse without my permission. Appointment sent by text without any explanation of what it was for or that it is optional to participate. They get paid between €210 and €300 per patient participating-talk about greedy! This is for 2 appointments, one per year.
Of course I refused to participate as there is a lot of information going to be used anonymously from this and I didn’t like the underhand way they tried to go about it.
I spent 20 years with the practice taken over by Centric Health and since they took over it moved to a place with no parking outside the door, not exactly useful for someone with a cane and living 24km away.

Centric Health Ennis Centre has an awful system that does not work or meet the needs of their patients .
while at my appointment that i had to wait 3 weeks for , I informed the dr of my main issue and we discussed options and then the Dr took a few minutes to type up a letter and notes , i then went to ask a question relating to my issue but was told my 15minutes were up and that i would have to make another apt to continue and that i was being unfair by going into the next patients time ! 15 minutes is not enough time to deal with anything ! i would highly not recommend this practice to anyone

I have had a positive recent experiences with centric health Trim. With Dr o Connor. Although a very busy practice i got my needs met and he made the referrals I needed.
He is very thorough and I like his holistic approach to health.
We as patients have to speak up and question results etc and take part in the responsibility for our own health also.

Centric Health service is impossible to get through to by phone. Appointments are weeks away? When your sick enough to call for an appointment you need to see a Doctor immediately not get an appointment 2 weeks later when your either dead or better? It's like a service if you have minor ailments go to to the pharmacist, if your really sick phone an ambulance. if you think your sick we'll fit you in sometime within the next few weeks. I actually filled out my own prescription online and was charged €30, like for the love of god and all that's holy that's completely taking the mick! I'm on my 9th attempt this morning trying to get through on the phone! it doesn't leave room for peace of mind in their medical professionalism when they can't even manage administration and answer the phone.

Dreadful. Appointment with digital doctor at 7.30. no call from doctor, called helpline and was told it's my fault as my mobile does not accept calls from private number. Asked to be called back but still waiting.

Just finished in Centric health in Raheny. NEVER again will I attend this place. Went to get my ears syringed. The nurse was nice. It was a 5 minute job and it was €60. Rip off Ireland. The other staff were not nice at all. I have attend Raheny hilltops doctors for over 35 years, and i will never attend that place. They need to send their reception staff on training to be a bit more pleasant and not be so dismissive.

There's a doctor in Dundrum medical, she's a mirror of Dr. Mengle , treats her patients like there not there , never listening, it's Yes / No .....why has this person decided to be a doctor at all , she would be best off working in some kind of concentration camp..wake up centric Health management. Oh I'm not just a fly on the ointment. Two of my mus good friends have changed doctor and all of my family are doing the same ...I don't want to name and shame her , but she would most likely have work for the Apartheid regime in Souty Africa, but they wouldn't have hired her as hashes to cruel

Diabetic questionnaire posted to Trim branch 28/07/2021 to be filled in and returned to life insurance company. It’s now 12/01/2022 and still no progress. Can’t get through on the phone as somebody answers and promptly hangs up.
